A while back I was flipping through channels in the middle of the night and I came to Cartoon Network. The show that was on looked like it had the same art style as Adventure Time and there was this red flashing light. I think there was a giant computer in the background but I'm not sure because I only had it on the channel for a few seconds.

What is this animated series?
It had a very surreal visual look and it was about an old gray-haired lady who lived in a city. She had a pet cat, except that it was green, barked like a dog and the lady could understand its speech. In every episode there was some person who had some problem in their lives. The cat, who was allowed to move about the city freely on the rooftops, would meet this person and find about his/hers problem and tell about it to the lady. And then the lady would solve the problem with the help of her cat and her gentleman friend, who was some kind of inventor.
Some episodes I remember about the show: One had an animator who was under a lot of stress and had lost his passion for his job. In an other episode there was a talking pig who was a celebrity or something, and didn't like his fame. And a third one I remember was about a dictator of some Ruritania, who was lonely or something.

What's this show?
It was about fish detectives solving crimes in an underwater city. It is not Fish Police. In the show I'm looking for the fish were not anthropomorphic, they looked like ordinary fish that could talk. The main characters were a big yellow fish who wore a fedora and a smaller red/orange fish.
I have a small hunch that the show might have been French or Canadian, but I might be wrong.

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, I'm just looking for other people who remember it.
The Treasure of Swamp Castle is a real thing,
( http://www.amazon.com/Treasure-Swamp-Castle-1989-VHS/dp/B000P1CD7W
)
but there doesn't seem to be any record of it or articles about it that are easily found. There is no Wikipedia article, it doesn't even appear in red text on its

IMDB doesn't know about it, and Youtube doesn't have any videos for it. Does anyone else remember this? What is this movie? Who made it? Why does no one acknowledge its existence? Is it a foreign film dubbed into English? Why is there a 1997 film of the same name and description, but also little to no record? Are they the same movie? Is there a DVD?

Where does the scene of the older woman standing on a stool, in front of a fan at the beginning of this video

This is a real long shot: A memory of an isolated scene I think I saw when I was in preschool.
In the mid to late '80s there was a cartoon with a Mediæval setting where people were destroying shields that had pictures of dragons on them. I think they were throwing magic fireballs to melt the shields, which were lined up on a stone wall. Somebody said, "They are worthless." I think this was happening because people no longer believed there were any dragons in the world to fight (they were later proved wrong).

There was a show in 2002 or 2003 on a Romanian channel( the show was in english, the voice actors probably had british accent) about an anthropomorphized lion( or furry, I do not know the correct term) that was searching for some items to save a princess (possibly another animal). He somehow got in the future and was helped by an detective(horse or hippo), the future looked a little like steampunk but I also remember seeing some stairs made of solid light. One of the items the lion was looking for was a flower or plant, when he found it there were two flowers, one white and one black and had to choose. He found the flower in some kind of swamp.

There was this animation short in which some guy who sings everything he says in an opera-like fashion with rather bizarre toys and other things opens this door and his head is knocked off and very surreal things happen.
It was in a foreign language (possibly French). It may have been French-Canadian and looked like it was done in Google Sketchup.
One of those toys I mentioned was a windup plane and the more the guy wound it up, the more the pilot cried in pain.

When I was about 4 or 5, there was this cartoon that really freaked me out. I can only remember bits of it, but it was about this singing whale. In the middle of a particularly dramatic scene, he gets harpooned, and at the end they show him in heaven sitting on some clouds, still singing. It was a short one. Anyone know what it was called?

I saw these animated shorts on either HBO or Showtime in the early 80s. I've been trying to find out more about them for years. I thin the production companies for both series were European, possibly French.
1. A series of cartoon shorts where the characters were anthropomorphic insects. The one I remember the most clearly involved a cricket who was trying to practice his singing. Every time he opened his mouth, some other insect would make a sound an interrupt him. The bees would fly by (sounding like jet airplanes), or another bug would saw some wood, etc. The cricket became increasingly frustrated until he finally snapped and chased the other bugs around, yelling at them. There was no actual language, just incoherent yelling and babbling. Finally, all the other bugs were quiet, but he'd lost his voice from all the yelling so couldn't practice anyway. At the end, the cricket manages to organize all the other bugs to make their sounds on cue, and directs them like a symphony.
Another toon in this series focused on the bees, which had elephant-like trunks that would suck up nectar from the flowers and made sounds like airplanes when they flew. I don't remember nearly as much of the plot of that one.
2. The other short animated series had a cutesy little puppy an kitten drawn in a round style similar to Hello Kitty (but it wasn't Hello Kitty). The only thing I remember about these shorts are the jaunty little theme tune and that the critters never talked. They moved their heads and gestured, but instead of talking, the theme tune would play to suggest that they were talking.
Either of these sound familiar to anyone?

2 here. 1. A British (probably) children's cartoon, from the early-mid 00's, about a family and their cat. The show revolved around this cat's antics, which usually included the cat being naughty. I can't remember the cat's name, but I think he was orange, and no, it's not Garfield and Friends. Basically, think Horrid Henry meets Garfield.
2. A cartoon about a boy prince and his band of adventurers, which include his unwilling servant and protector, whose name may have been Quest, and this person's friend who was a cyborg, and I'm pretty sure was black. I think he could spit metal shards at things or something. Basically, these adventurers are trying to save their world from some evil, yada yada, i think they were looking for some atifacts of power like magic swords and stuff. I distinctly remember there being an episode involving talking rocks, and the aforementioned protector of this annoying little prince said "I hate X" at least once each episode, and he was voiced by Joe from Family Guy.

This was an animated cartoon on a PBS station in Los Angeles. The main character was a young bear wearing a shirt and overalls. The show was made in the 90s. The young bear showed the viewers around his house, and sitting at a table were two step-parents (probably aliens). I've asked this question on the IM Db, but that didn't help.

Alright, so there was this boy. Aaaaand he was friends with this group of mummies. Said mummies could become superpowered mummy men and fight crime. I think they often fought anubis. One of the mummies was a prissy smart guy with an british accent, and another one of the mummies ate alot. I bet that, like, sometimes the two would High-lariously clash heads, with like the prissy guy saying something like "Dont you do anything besides eat? Harumph" and the fat mummy going "Shut up, princess." Or something. Hmmmmmmm...
I think the boy always wore a blue long sleaved shirt, but dont quote me on that. If anyone can tell me what I'm talking about, that would be amazing. This has been killing me for a while now. Also, I had some sweet sneakers with these characters on them, if that helps.

There was a 90s cartoon on Fox Family that I used to watch. There were some young dinosaurs, including one named Marshall. I don't seem to remember the show's name. Could you help me?

There was this show I saw three, maybe four years ago. I was staying at my aunt's house in the Philippines and I remember seeing this show on Disney Channel, or at least I think it was Disney Channel. It was about three kids, two boys and a girl. It was set in China I think, but I remember watching a couple videos on Youtube of it not in English since the show was originally from France or something.
There is one episode that sticks in my mind. I remember one of the boys was turned into something called a kwei (quei? Quei? Not sure, but I know it's pronounced like "qwey") and in the end of the episode a kiss from the girl turned him back.
Thanks in advance!

I remember watching an episode of a Disney cartoon where the hero got turned into a bull. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? (SOLVED: It's Darkwing Duck.)

I'm pretty sure this was in the early 2000s. The show was based around the adventures of two friends (or maybe co-workers? I can't remember) who lived inside a young boy. As far as I can remember, one main character was like a blue amoebae or germ (anthro) that wore a white shirt and brown jacket. The other main character I think was a red and yellow robot that had a pill-shaped head, and I remember it had a white plus (cross) on his chest. I vaguely remember that they had a female friend too, cannot remember what she looked like. Thanks in advance.

I saw a Cheetos commercial when I was about 7 years old. Chester stripped a scientist of his clothes, then he put the poor guy into a barrel. Can anyone find a You Tube video for this?

I'm looking for a cartoon (I doubt it was an anime).
I think it took place in Colonial America, mainly because I remember soldiers wearing 18th century British uniforms, but it also featured pirates.
I distinctly remember one character. He was a tall black coated man with a typical cavalier hat, sporting a mustache and a goatee. He kinda looked like Zorro sans the mask but he was probably a pirate. And in the opening of the show there was always a drunk green parrot with an eye patch staggering all over the table and holding a cup in it's hand.
I also remember a particular scene. There was a blonde woman whom I think was the Governor's daughter. Maybe not, but I do believe she was related to someone very influential. She was on a ship at some point. Someone came to her and told her that someone important to her died (I think it was her father). Now here's where my memory gets a little foggy. There are two possible scenes that I seem to recall but I don't know which one is the right one. First; the guy didn't know the woman was related to the dead guy, so he just bluntly tells her about it. Second; he knew she was related to him, but he didn't care about it. She starts to cry. Sometime later, the ship sunk and she was washed ashore onto a desolate island. She was eventually found by the natives. They put her onto a palm litter (the kind of chair you'd see servants carry rich peoples on in 18th century) and carried her into the village. I think it was because of her hair color, they probably thought she was a goddess.
That's all I remember. Also, please don't tell me it's "Pirates of the Dark Water" or "Liberty's Kids". It's none of those two.
