British television drama for children, screened in New Zealand during mid-1970s. A young (12?) convalescent girl is confined to her room. She is frustrated and bored and has few entertainments besides drawing. When she falls asleep she enters a world reflecting whatever she has drawn. She draws a house. She falls asleep and dreams of visiting the house, standing alone in a deserted rural landscape. She adds a face in the window of the house she has drawn. When she next dreams she meets a boy of similar age, apparently trapped. He tells her he is cold and hungry; she draws clothes and food for him. At some point they argue. She, in a fit of pique, scribbles over the window and, in the dream world, the window is obscured by a something solid and black like the scribble. She has drawn tall monolithic stones "watching" the house, ostensibly to intimidate the boy (?). When next in the dream world the stones have become animate and crowd towards the house. I remember being quite freaked out (in a similar fashion to the old (Jon Pertwee) Dr Who which, while kitch and corny, was somehow terrifying for youngsters).
Can anybody recall the title of this production? I'm fairly certain it was British in origin (though possibly made in NZ).

I'm trying to remember the name of a show that would have aired sometime in the mid 1980's. It may have been a Canadian show. I don't remember the specifics, just bizarre plot details. For example, much of the show seemed to be set in an old shop, possibly an antique store. The owner was an old man, who would occasionally interact with kids. I think he had a dog. He had a device that was like a box, that allowed him to communicate with an evil alien in space. The alien looked like a human, although he may have had orange skin. He had black hair, cut in what might have been a page boy hair cut. He had intense looking eyes. The old man and kids would try to thwart his efforts at controlling Earth. I remember the tone of the series was mostly serious.

I'm looking for a high school show/movie that was on Disney Channel back in early or mid 2000's. It was like an Australian version of Degrassi to some degree. I got this notion because the characters would curl their words in a distinctive way just like Australians would. (edit: but you know what, I might be wrong about this, so please, if the following descriptions give you some clue to what it might be, then please let this be open ended.)
I remember a character in this particular show wearing glasses and a dark turtle neck, presumably the "nerd" of the herd. He had a very feminine voice with an androgynous look.
To add to that, my last recollection of this show was the bully or the tough guy. This character was very attractive, pale skin with dark hair. He wore a dark shirt or a dark leather jacket with blue jeans. I remember him walking away from the camera in a high school hallway full of lockers, and as he was walking away, with his one arm he touched his face. I know it's silly, but I remembered being a kid and think this gesture was the most bad ass thing I've ever seen in my whole life.
That's it tropeople, I'm really excited to find out your guesses!

Alright this is really vague but I got two TV movies from late 70's-80's
1- There was some kid that was kidnapped by some van with a spider on it and escapes and at some point goes through the airport baggage claim conveyor belt
2- A group of kids in a club house and they blink to communicate.. thanks in advanced

I'm looking for a show from it dealt exclusively with conspiracy theories, alien invasion, alien abduction, cattle mutilation, and alien probing. The show was a series, at least one season that ran in the mid or late 90s. It was also on a broadcast network either ABC, NBS, or CBS. *** It was not X-Files (my TV at that time didn't get FOX, so I can rule that series and its spinoffs out, and have since seen the entire series). ***

Ok here goes nothing, I'm looking for a tv-series possibly mini series from lae 70's early 80 (tho I might be miles off and it could wel be older. About a group of kids who live somewhere on the English country side (possible war evacuees) and have adventures in a forest. I think it was based on a popular english book. One bit of story line stuck with me and might help, there is an older man who befriends the kids who lives in the forest and he has a deformed nose due to a badger bite. the theme music was some very nice thin wistle if I rember correctly.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a tv game show that I remember watching when I was young and still living in Hong Kong (so before 1997).
It involved a group of contestants who were on a set that looked like Incan ruins. The host would take one of them to a particular door and tell them that they had to solve the puzzle inside that room within a limited period of time. If they didn't finish it in time, the lights would go out and they would be locked in the room and all the others would move on to another room.
If this sounds at all familiar please let me know!

I remember watching an episode of a kid's show with puppets which features a giraffe-looking creature with spots of different colors. In one scene, she's lonely, looking up at the sky, and crying, but then she decides to climb a tree. In the next scene, she claims "I'm a little hummingbird" while others see her up in the tree. If anybody can identify this kid's show, please let me know.

I'm looking for a specific comic trope, but I don't know if it belongs in a sitcom or drama show. Here's what I mean: male character arriving home, feeling an intense need to undress pants ASAP, folding the undressed pants over a chair. I don't know if my memory is referring to Kramer (Seinfeld) wearing jeans for the first time, or maybe Walter Murphy (Breaking Bad) before doing chemical stuff. I'm told Walter Bishop (Fringe) goes pantless all the time. However, I'm really interesting in the urgency of this character and the immediate relief this action provides. Thanks!!

I believe it was a puppet show from the late 80's-early 90's. I actually don't think I was around for it, but my older sister still has a plush of one of the characters. It looks like an orange lion and I'm pretty sure it was a guy.

I was pretty young when I saw this on TV but it's stuck with me very vividly for many years now. I feel like it was probably Much Music channel (Canada) but it was a commercial or a spot or something to do with bicycle/skateboard safety. Anyway, it featured a boy, pre-teen or teenaged, riding a skateboard down a road or an alley or something. But he kept getting hit by some car, and every time he would lose a limb in a really graphic fashion. It wasn't comical but it wasn't particularly jarring either. The commercial ended with him hopping away into the sunset on one leg with only one arm. DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THIS?! this would have been anywhere from 1998-2002

Looking for an old Sci-fi young adult TV show involving a group of people consisting of the main male protagonist, female protagonist, tiny midget pet called "Prism" and an old man mentor-type character. The show followed their adventures collecting weird robot parts either through time, space or both. In the end the old man betrays the group by putting together the robot parts to form some killer robot suit. Male protagonist resets the universe to win, and ends up back in high school or something. In the final scenes, he meets the female protagonist in school, but she doesn't recognize him, and the midget pet is reborn as a literal prism that she wears.
The date range is likely 80-90's, definitely before 1995.

This has been bugging me for a long time, when I was little I saw this Sesame Street thing I can't find anything about! I'm sure I saw it on 123 Sesame on Noggin which means it was season 25, 30 or 31, but it could have been from Sesame Street Unpaved on Noggin which had assorted episodes from various seasons, even though I really don't remember that series. The episode I remember involved a small creature, I'm pretty sure it was a bird who keep saying this word over and over again, I can't remember what the word was, and then someone, I think it was Oscar The Grouch dressed as a wizard turned the creature into what looked like a pink brick(I think) with that word sculpted on it. That's all I remember. Does anyone know more about this? Thanks.

Hey I'm sorry I keep doing this, but the more I do the more I think of other things I sort of remember and want to know about. Around spring 2005 I was staying up very late all the time and sometimes saw this thing on Nicktoons at 2:30 central time that was live action and had this guy interviewing people in a restroom stall or something, and everyone he interviewed was a Nicktoons voice actor, there was a thing at the bottom of the screen that show pictures of characters they voice/d, and I'm sure in one of the only two or three episodes I saw he interviewed Mr. Lawrance, and the woman who voices Suzy on Rugrats, and asked her if she could have a tattoo of one of her characters who would it be and where, and she said Suzy on her heart. It couldn't have been older than 2003 because I remember seeing a Fairly Odd Parents clip from the Valentines special, yet it was only on really late back in 2005 when they aired classic Nicktoons earlier in the evening and day. Does anyone know what this was?

Ok, I have a vague memory of a kids tv show, in the uk, where the main character was some kind of alien, who had been sent to earth to discover more about it, or something...He was staying with a lad whose name escapes me. All I can remember is that this alien guy wore an orange helmet, with an orange visor that slid down and scanned things. He also had some kind of wrist computer I think...
I've searched long and hard through lists of tv shows for this! ...Spark any memories?

This show couldn't have been on for long. I can only vaguely remember it though. I'm thinking late 90s? All kids (live action) show. Had the look of a news show, but kids ran it, and all the behind the scenes stuff too.( sound board, lighting, cameras) Had a person in a costume that looked like a blue koala. He could shrink to fit on the news anchors desk. (remembering the "anchors" are two kids, boy and girl) There was also a pink one (his gf?) The two would go "on location" by magically transporting there. It was an educational show. I have been told for years that I am crazy and making this show up. If anyone recognizes any of this, it would surely clear my "crazy reputation".

I think it was TV, might have been a movie. James Franco was in it or it might have been someone looking like him (not any one of the characters mentioned below).
There was a girl who told her boyfriend that she'd been born a hermaphrodite and asked him not to tell anyone. He told his two best friends though and asked them not to tell anyone. They didn't but as he was walking by them with his girlfriend one of them said "Hey guys". The may-be-protagonist thought that one was mocking his girlfriend and attacked him, which made her understand he'd told them and got mad at him.
Any bells?
open(SOLVED) Ah le petit vin blanc Live Action TV
Okay, this one will probably fail. I'm looking for any reference (even just the name) about this short I once saw on TV:
In a French live-action short, one man is driven mad because everywhere he goes, there's someone or something singing, whistling or playing Ah! le petit vin blanc
. He ends up killing a hobo who was singing it, and tries to dispose of the body by cutting it up and tossing each part in a hand-cranked meat grinder... At which points the grinder starts emitting that fateful song like a barrel organ.

A children's TV show probably on (UK) CBBC in the 90s. Could be British, or from some other english speaking country. Some kind of conspiracy (aliens or occult maybe?) that mostly only a few kids know about (a la Animorphs and the Demon headmaster), the conspiracy might have something to do with something in the woods. The conspiracy was related to some kind of symbol/totem/shape which was a hexahdron or octahedron. At some point a young female protagonist is at a house (her aunt's/granmas??) and someone is sculpting in clay that very shape (in the kitchen?) which reveals that she knows about the conspiracy or is part of it (shock!), the protagonist may have then run away (into the woods perhaps?).
