openCartoon Shorts about 2 Birds Film
I remember watching these when I was in elementary school when I was in kinder-1st grade (2004-2005) they were about about 2 birds, one of the birds was small, cicular and possibly red and I forget the other one but I want to say it was taller and blue. they bother didn't have hand it was just 2 small little thin black legs. there was no talking and you only heard their actions.
openWas this a fever dream?? Film
I vaguely recollect some animated movie with a young female main character who lived in a tower (basically Rapunzel) in (I think) a town. One day an adult male guard came up to her and started creeping on her (chess may have been involved, I forget; this happened at night I think). I think it was later the same night that she eventually leaves the tower and down under a collapsed building/roof(?) finds some sort of glowing treasure/animal (it's hard to remember which; if it was an animal it was small and became her companion). She eventually gets captured by either a witch/wizard who I think had a crow(-like?) familiar. Anyway I think she crash-landed next to the wizard's castle and like left a big crater in the stone brick walkway. I don't remember much from here other than the wizard's castle being composed almost entirely of a single spiral staircase with a balcony up top and rooms down below. Eventually the protag finds her way to looking through prison bars (maybe she was doing chores?) down into a big painted room with a woman in a chair casually embroidering(?). Somehow she gets into the room and has a conversation with the woman about how she's content (I forget if she gets rescued). At some point I think the protag flies away in some sort of Castle in the Sky-esque airship. I think this is when some giant god-like crystal wizard is first seen? They had a white color scheme in any case. Some way or another the protag finds her way to a village in a plains valley that the wizard's castle and her town overlooked (this scene is set at sunset). If the village wasn't suffering from a drought then I have no idea why this happened, but someone waterbended like an entire lake to wash over the plains. Happily ever after??
Okay yeah so in hindsight this was almost certainly a dream but hey at least there's some great inspiration for your next whatever.
openOld western type tv show or movie Film
I remember the setting being in an old abandoned western town where some kids got trapped in a mine shaft. There was eerie music playing and I remember like tumbleweeds blowing around everywhere. They had to get the kids out. Very old quality film, I would say it was recorded on 80's or 90's camera equipment.
This may or may not have been a christian film/tv show. I know it's pretty vague but it's all I can really recall.
P.S. for some reason I remember another part I. The film where they were cooking and someone suggested they use a spoonfull vanilla extract. I dont know why but I'd love the help.
openDuring Nazis' ascension in Germany, dumb jock takes revenge on teacher Film
It's not particularly plot relevant, but the protagonist is in Germany during the Nazis' seize of power, and one of his friends has joined the brownshirts. (SA?) In one scene, that friend boasts that he ratted a former teacher. He didn't care about the teacher's politics, it was only revenge because the teacher had given him bad grades.
Edited by JCCyCopentv show Film
Hello guys,
Looking for a tv show from 2013(perhaps). It is an American tv show. There is only one season with 13 episodes. The plot is about an artist in his 30s who is held in high esteem by the locals. The very first episode starts with him opening the red door of his art studio to a young woman who decides to take him up on the job offer - there will be an exhibition the very same night and he needs someone to handle any enquiries and the portrait selling process in general. That is because his ex-girlfriend figured to show up later than agreed. So basically the tv show builds on from there and the focus is placed on the development of their relationship.
P.S. I remember that he tended to paint whatever random people drop in his P.O. box.
Any help is highly appreciated. No pressure, I wasnt able to find it myself. Hope someone else watched it too.
Thanks!
Edited by monkakaopenAnimated movie about acid rain Film
Hi. I remember a quite crude animated movie/series about a group of people (in an alien planet?) surviving waves of acid rain. I saw it once on the tv (México, don't remember the channel) Many years ago so i forgot about the details but i remember a few scenes:
- A bunch of dudes being tortured with acid rain
- A woman being sacrificed to an alien god(?)
- A girl made of water
openMovie about psychic children Film
a movie i remember watching when i was reasonably young (watched it many times between 2005-2011 i believe), it was about a brother and sister (12 years old probably) that moved somewhere new and they were welcomed by a little boy who was the same age as them and he bought over his mothers pot roast and they became friends. later in the film they're in band class or something and some kids start rapping about being the new kids on the block. then at like the climax of the film the sister is in a chess competition and they can like communicate through their thoughts or something so the brother is telling her what to do to win and then he takes an art class and has to draw a horse but ends up drawing a really good horse (or maybe vice versa) cause thats what the sister is telling him to do. very little information, i know but i've never been told the name of this film and i'm beyond certain it's real. please help
openUgly on the inside becomes ugly on the outside so must find love in a year Film
Some arrogant person who's conventionally attractive does a thing, and some woman curses him to be ugly on the outside, unless he can get a woman to love him in a year, for if not he will remain that way forever.
openRomance Film Starring An Autistic Woman Film
I saw this film a year or two ago but can't find its name online.
It's a 2010-2015 film about an autistic woman dating. I think the name was something like "My Sister [Name]" because the girl's sister was an important character.
openStudent does cannabis, gets psychic powers? Film
I remember seeing a clip of a movie on Red Letter Media (one where a lady gets her cardigan ripped) and looking it up on Wikipedia, but for the life of me, I can't remember the name of the movie. It was about a student who gains psychic powers through using cannabis. At the end of the movie, there's a weird dream sequence which involves Einstein's wife dressed as a Viking. It's really nagging me that I can't remember the movie so I'd appreciate any help in finding out what it is.
openSoldier jerking off in cubicle Film
It was an older kind if movie. I'm just guessint but I think it aired (In Sweden, channel 6) between 2000-2012... What I remember is, that a guy had to join the marines/navy or such, and he had to leave his wife/girlfriend behind. The only scene I remember is when he went into a bathroom cubicle and TRIED jerking off to his wifes/gfs photograph. For some reason, he couldn't get off to it. I think he was afraid she was cheating on him. That's just my theory. I also remember that while he was at it, someone knocked on the cubicle and asked if he was alright. He didn't get caught cause they left after he replied. He just said yeah, and they told him to hurry up. Please help me find this movie. It's so frustration to remember it so clearly, and yet I can't find it.
openA VHS toy animal movie. (solved) Film
I remember having a VHS tape as a little kid and I loved to watch this movie. The movie had toy animals in a wild setting, they were medium size plush toys that could stand. The toys kinda looked like the sylvanian family toys. They lived in trees with washing lines happily and then something happened,I think something tried to threatened the animals out of their home but they stayed at the end. The animals wore clothes. They were real toys, the background was probably green screened. The wild setting looked old but it could have been the VHS.
Edited by CatzandstuffopenGang of Children take on spies Film
I haven't actually seen the show myself, but I saw the tvtropes page for it. It takes place in WWII and an American city and involves a Japanese-American who used to be a friend of the adult female character, but now the Japanese-American is working for Imperial Japan, and one of the kids' brother was dishonorably discharged, but that was really a cover story for him to go back home and bust the plot. The group of kids also do something to a shop (I think that it was vandalism) and the friendly police officer tells them that it was bad because the man wasn't Japanese, but Chinese. They then get flowers and apologize to the wife of the man. Could anyone help me please find it?
openCartoon from one of those cartoon collection tapes Film
I remember this was on one of those VHS tapes you'd get that had 2 hours of cartoons (they're all probably 10 minutes long give or take).
The particular one I'm looking for was about a rabbit family. A mom, dad, brother, and sister.
I remember the animation being kind of like Max and Ruby. Flat looking, almost just like paper. Hand drawn characters. Their mouths didn't move, but they did "talk" (like the voice actor would just be saying full sentences and you'd just go with it type of thing)
I remember there was perhaps a school play they were getting ready for (I don't know why I remember this, but I feel like it must be important)
The most important thing I remember is that the youngest was afraid of the storm outside but they left their stuffed animal out there and went to get it only to get lost in the storm. I think the stuffed animals name was Tufty (I'm not sure).
This has been bugging me for years but I can't ever figure it out. It wasn't a very popular bunny and the "episode" or whatever it was was probably 10 minutes or so. Just long enough to show kids that there's no reason to be afraid of storms.
openSilent film time traveller. Film
I dont know much about this movie except for a few details and points. It starts off as a silent film, and the protagonist steps into a time machine and accidentally travels into what looks like either the 30's or the 40's. Also the movie transitions from a silent film to actually having sound. After a few minutes of culture shock, he meets another character and explains that he's from the past, initially disbelieving him, he asks the protagonist to prove it by asking him who the U.S president is in his time. I don't know much else other than another detail which was during the silent film portion the protagonist mutters in disbelief as he sees the price of a steak in a store.
openI try to find the name of a western movie is watch once when i was young Film
I can only recall the plot but not the name of the film. It the story of a family of settler ( the father was a carpenter, the mother is pregnant and a son) that was on their way to start a new life at the western frontier. The story was told through a diary of the son that was pass down in the family. They arrive at their destination before all other settlers and befriend an old shaman who was following a bear. the shaman help the mother delivery the baby. They also meet a cowboy whom the son look up to and listen to his advice to use the money his father give him to buy a gun instead of a cow. The finale was that the family and their friend had to defense their house from a group of local gangster that though they were prospectors and have gold. In the end they defeated the gangster, the son found new respect for his father, th cowboy leave but gave his gun to the son( the gun became the family heirloom).
openOld cartoon Film
This was not a very popular tv show. I think it was in a series of cartoons found on an old VHS full of mixed cartoons.
I remember it was definitely a rodent (a mouse or a rabbit I'm pretty sure). I remember that the main character wore a blue bonnet (honestly, it looked like a shower cap). I know there was a play going on and she was angry about not getting in and she was making costumes and ruined someones costume with paint (I think it was yellow paint) and felt really bad about it afterwards.
I also remember there being a scene about a thunderstorm and how the character was afraid to sleep without their stuffed animal, but realized it was left outside on the swing set. I think they went out to get it and got lost in the storm until morning. I remember what seemed to be scary things happening only for it to be revealed later what was really going on. IE the scary monster only being a scarecrow or something that looked scary because it was lightning.

I'm trying to find a live-action work (pretty sure it was a movie) with a specific scene in it. A prince is in public for some event and there are a bunch of young women swooning over him. One of the women asks how fast he can run, and he responds with "Not very". The asker yells "GET HIM GIRLS!" and the girls rush the prince, who realizes what's about to happen and runs like hell. Does anyone know what this scene is from?
