openAnime About Election, or Politics or Something Like That Anime
I don't remember much about the anime.
In fact, I only saw the ads for it on Animax a few years ago. The female protagonist (I think) in the ad said something about elections (What the Fractured Utilities of Charismatic Knuckles?) or mildly similar topics like votes or something.
openAnime from a scene (Solved) Anime
It was from a video clip from Instagram that I cannot find currently. The scene has a guy (the protagonist I assume) entering a toilet where he finds a bigger, more muscular friend beaten out by someone. He's then attacked by the one who beat up said friend, who I recall as a Chinese Anime Girl with unusually plump lips(as if she's costantly puckering them) who tries to kick the protagonist several times, only for him to dodge every kick almost effortlessly. After a while she's called away by someone else and, after taking note on how "strong" the protagonist was for dodging all her kicks, she kiss him before leaving.
I know is very vague, but does this ring anyone's bell?
Edited by MukademaohopenWeird Action-Comedy Anime from the [=Mid-90s=] Anime
I've been trying to look for this anime I remember watching one episode of a couple of years ago.
It was this fantasy action-comedy series from the mid-90s (1996 IIRC) and it had an English dub, which was the version I remember watching. The protagonist was this selfish dude with long blonde hair who wore a black tank top and a red bandanna around his head.
As for the plot of the episode I watched, the protagonist decides to go rescue a kidnapped princess so that he can use the reward money offered to pay his rent. The protagonist runs into a blue genie who offers to make him rich and famous if he lets the genie join him on his adventure. The protag doubts the genie's powers, and the genie responds by... turning himself into a big-breasted anime girl, which somehow convinces the protagonist that the genie is legit.
Does anyone remember what this show is called? If it helps, I came across this anime during early quarantine on an anime streaming channel on my Roku box (it could've been RetroCrush, but I checked through their entire lineup and couldn't find anything similar to this; for all I know it could've been taken off their service in the two years it's been since I've seen it).
openSamurai anime Anime
One time while browsing this site, I got from either the Kodocha or Rurouni Kenshin page to a page about an anime. The only thing I remember about it is that the page image had two samurai-looking characters - one in pink/purple and one in blue. I don't remember what it's called, and it doesn't help that this show doesn't seem to be very popular.
openAnime? Anime
I remember this anime…or I thought it was. This boy and this girl is underground in a sewer tunnel I think. When they finally got to the surface there was a bunch of people waiting. I guess they were trying to rescue them. Then the boy felt sick and everyone is understandably worried.
openNo Title Anime
I remember two different Train Mecha anime that I don't know the name of.
The first one is about a bunch of living train robot-things (they look like modern trains, not steam trains) that can turn into full trains that have passengers but mostly walk around in human-sized forms instead. The only thing about it that I remember is that a one of the Villains (either the main one or the Dragon) is a black and red train mech with a split personality. One personality is nice and silly, while the other is dangerous. He switches between personalities whenever he sees a Kappa. I think he has two other giant robot pets who are also evil?
The other train mech show is about a kid who has a Train Toy in a Sci-Fi world with a Virtual Reality / Cyberspace thing. An Evil AI or Alien is basically using the Cyberspace to cause mayhem in the real world, and the kid has to use his Train to upload into Cyberspace and pilot a Giant Robot to stop it. I remember one of the later villains being a giant robot so massive that the protagonists can run around in it (like, a Unicron expy or something), and that the AI Alien Villain eventually creates a Bishie human avatar for some reason. Also, that the Train Mech combines with a different mech to get wings called V-mode or something.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
openVague Memory that came to me from a song Anime
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_I7KUsRBb4
Assuming you didn't click on the video before reading this thread, let me explain: This song is called Hyperiox X by Paragon X 9. Whenever I listen to this song, it reminds me of some unfathomable anime series...can't really put my finger on it. Came out in the late 90's/early 2000's? Running through an area and dodging attacks? A waif-like girl in a white dress with mystical powers? Lots and LOTS of water like Final Fantasy X or Pokemon R/S/E? I dunno. Maybe it's a Mandela Effect. I asked in other places and nobody could give their opinion, so I'm stuck here. 4chan being 4chan I'm more than prepared to get insults thrown at me but what do you guys think. If the description I gave doesn't remind you of ANYTHING, does the song make you think of ANY anime series at all?
openDemon Queen preventing husband's affairs Anime
A comedic manga about a demon queen who married the hero, but she's worried that he's going to cheat on her (doesn't seem out of the question) so she proactively goes after whatever monster girl he gets too close to.
openGirls pee pastries Anime
I'm not sure this wasn't a fever dream. But there were these 3 school girls who were gifted (cursed?) with this ability to pee giant pastries.
I want to say it's from the early to mid 2010's but that's just when I was shown it.
openMild Inconvenience: The Anime Anime
i swear it exists, but i forgot the name of it. but it’s an older, i think mid to late eighties or nineties series?
but anyway, it was an episodic kind of series, involving the main girl (a brunette Anime Chinese Girl whose name i can’t remember) getting into situations that are comically, more often than not lethally over the top. the main ones i remember being her being locked in a sauna while stuck in some kind of contortionist move, dealing with an accidental house fire while she’s trapped in a malfunctioning stretching device (which, btw, ends up being solved by her putting out the blaze with piss condom water balloons. yeah.), and judging a long running wrestling match while needing to take a dump.
so yeah, it’s very much a Widget Series. i can’t remember the name of it (i vaguely remember english translations calling it some variation of Dangerous Girl, but trying to google it gives me generic “top ten dangerous anime girls” blogs), but it’s been bothering me for a while, and i’m gonna be honest: the series is a weird ass guilty pleasure and i want to rewatch it for some laughs.
Edited by worldwidewoomyopenAnime about a dancing bear Anime
I read an article a decade and a half or so ago, about an animated movie where there's a bear that amuses everybody by dancing. In the end the bear dies, and it's all sad, but since the American distributors wanted a happier ending they edit the movie so that a boy, who was another main character, explained that surely [the bear's name] must be alive! And then there was some footage of the bear dancing again, to show that he was still alive, but that footage was clearly re-used from earlier in the movie.
openInsect Story Anime
I selected Anime because I recall it looking rather anime-ish, but I'm not certain. Animated at any rate.
Anyway, an insect world, main character is a bee or something similar, traveling with some companions who are picked off one by one by what appears to be a chameleon.
openAnime about a guy with hair cutting fetish meets a girl with indestructible hair Anime
All I remember was it came out in 2013 or 2014 but I forgot the title
open(SOLVED) Anime where a girl runs really fast to get to school Anime
This anime was a movie about a girl who runs really fast to get to school and destroys property every morning, I believe it's an older anime movie because it has that old school style of animation from the 80s and 90s. Also the girl fights against something during the movie but I can't remember what, I believe the final fight involves the girl on top of a floating ship of somekind.. Also i remember watching this on a vhs, so definitely an older movie
Edited by CohijdopenMature/dark animation Anime
I remember seeing it on the tv way back maybe 10 years ago. I only remember one scene, a character had stabbed some dude in a suit (think it was the antagonist) and the dude just laughed in the protagonists face until he bled out. He died against a wall with a knife in his chest
openAnime I can't remember the name of Anime
Didn't get to watch much but lost the show all I remember is an episode where a teacher creates a machine that starts slowly turning all the students into animals but the main characters manage to break the machine fixing everyone. I do know this was one of those summoned to a different world animes and that the main character summons a girl that immediately falls in love with him.
openManga series about modern-day ninjas Anime
The series was about this ninja clan war/competition set in the modern day. The main character is a regular kid who somehow becomes the leader of a ninja clan, which included at least one ninja girl/love interest. The clans would fight and if a clan leader was defeated, the winner would take over as leader. One of the clans was animal themed and had a ninja bear. The series was mostly comedic but had some serious moments. At some point the main character loses his clan and has to restart, but that's about where I lost track of it.
openPlastic surgery manga with live action movie adaptation Anime
It was a Body Horror/Psychological Horror manga about a beautiful and famous woman who has the huge skeleton in her closet that she got her looks through full-body plastic surgery. I think she was an actress but she might have been an Idol Singer or a model. The viewpoint character was her new assistant. There was also a live action movie based on it.
I know for a fact it has a work page, but I can't find it. I think some more manga by the same author also have pages.

This spans many years ago, when I was deeply into my Pokemon phase. As a kid, I'd constantly keep up to date with all of the anime episodes and specials, making sure I got home from school just at the right time so I didn't miss one second. This hasn't changed much as I am still a big fan of the series.
Anyway, I remember in one of the movies, there was this scene in particular that always stuck with me. I believe it had something to do with Ash's Pikachu not being able to use any electric type attacks after being hit by..something? Not wasn't sure if another pokemon had volt absorb, or lightning rod, but he wasn't able to fire off his signature thunderbolt. As a lover of electric type Pokemon, I remember this bothering me a little bit. Later on, I recall Ash having to train him again or something of the sort because Pikachu completely forgot or simply didn't possess the ability to use electric type attacks. Another thing I remember is that his powers suddenly came back, and Ash prompting Pikachu to use volt tackle on him while his mom was appalled at the 10 year old's reckless nature.
Leading up to the scene, I remember someone telling Ash that Pikachu were rare in the area they travelled in, and his mom commenting that he (Pika) had been sparking alot
That's all I remember, though my memory could be off (pokemon movies are wild). I don't have time to rewatch the movies in search, and I haven't been able to find anything online. I do know, however, that it was a fairly recent movie (maybe after black and white).
Thanks!
