openEarly 00's kids movie with caffeine patches Western Animation
All I know is that the movie has some frogs who are jazz singers, there's a science fair, and there's a scientist who has invented caffeine patches. The main character is a blond kid (who might have glasses). There also might have been time travel.
Edited by indigoJayopenDiary Novel about a Mystery
The book was called "___'s key" or something, but I can't remember the girl's name so searching is impossible. I remember a lot about it though, being that it was written as the girl's journal as she followed the mystery of the mysterious guy she just met. It included doodles and the like considering it was a journal, one chapter was a computer chatroom log where she went back and forth between talking to the guy and talking to her friend, and I think the guy was a vampire or something. It was the first in a series.
Edit: Ah, wait, the name just came to me. It's Cathy's Book, with Key being the sequel.
Edited by WarJay77openStrange homebrew religious entertainment racing game themed around noah's ark (solved) Videogame
The official trailer to this was on youtube, but I may have gotten there via the creator's homepage, which may have been linked to on Something Awful or Portal Of Evil or some such site. The trailer starts with a cutscene, with a man going to a library and asking the librarian for books about Noah's ark. The librarian, a woman, is a condescending Straw Atheist who lectures him about how Noah's ark is a children's story and he should study scientific facts. Somehow this leads up to the man and the woman being turned into animals (I feel like the man was a hippo, no recollection of what the woman became), the library turning into an ark, and God commanding the animals to race each other. This transitions into a montage of gameplay footage as animals race around a track full of obstacles and God acts as the race announcer. Both the cutscene and the actual gameplay featured some pretty primitive looking 3d modeling, and I remember the segment with the human characters being particularly out of the Uncanny Valley.

This was a cartoon I saw on YouTube back in the 2000's, He was on an airship, I think he had a dragon sidekicknote I might just be conflating it with the cinnamon bear
though and the only episode I remember is a what if episode where he wasn't defective
Edit: It's SuperTed I found it by looking through what's related to the Mother Nature trope
openGerman Show With Wizard Using Drugs Film
It was a film in German (I don't know if it was German first or if I was just watching a German version); it may have been part of a TV series as well. It was live-action. At one point, it had a wizard snorting what I assumed was cocaine (it was white powder.) I don't speak German, so I have no idea what they were saying, but that's all. Edit: If it helps at all, I watched this as part of a middle school German class.
Edited by to4oo4openweird space show from my childhood (solved on own) Western Animation
I remember an educational kids show from the 2000's on a maybe local channel from xfinity in the chicago area like qubo maybe about space where the main characters were multicolored aliens patrolling the solar system i think and i also think the main villain had a toupee that was alive and spider-likenote this might have been another show that looked similar and in one episode the earth was alive and decided to leave the Goldilocks zone for some reason and also in another they shrunk down to be the size single celled organismsnote this also might have been another show that looked similar or they might have switched premise halfway through like Western Animation/Cyberchase did to help a determine which one of the split politicians should be in charge and everyone else split to vote for both of them
Edited by Wild-StarfishopenSpace animated show Western Animation
There was a show I saw when I was younger about space and learning about it. The planets were alive aliens were the protags. One episode involved the villain shrinking the biggest planets. That's all I remember.

openYoung Woman Needs a Successor for Magical Talent Film
So there's a young woman who has the magical ability to talk to animals. With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility and she's supposed to manage the animal kingdom or something like that. But Growing Up Sucks and she's getting too old for her power, so she has to find a little girl to pass the magical talent to before it's too late. Her boyfriend tries to help. At one point he gets attacked by a giant octopus or squid during a moment of communication breakdown. After he's rescued, someone mistakes the sucker bruises for hickeys.
openMiddle Eastern movie about honor killing (SOLVED) Film
I can't remember the country it was set in or what language they were speaking (not english). It's about a young man who I think had just completed his military service and comes home only to be tasked with the honor killing of his younger female cousin, who was raped. They have to go far away to do it so they don't get caught (it's technically illegal), but on the journey he decides to protect her instead of killing her. Probably came out out some time between 2000-2010, I think I remember that the title (in English) was just 1 word.
Edited by f1shst1xopenMinigame collection
A mini game collection called Five Second Games or Ten Second Games. It is a series of very short mini games involving varying tasks. Some of them include "Avoid Smash" dodging a giant hammer, "Get Her Home" getting a cow into a barn, and "Yar" sailing a ship to a island.
In the end you fight a boss, shooting at you while he holds a shield, and throws minigames at you.
openIndie French Trench Management Game Videogame
Does anyone familiar with an isometric management game where you need to manage a small french unit stationed in a trench, like their rations, what are their tasks, do they get sleep or night watch, etc? I think it's an indie game but i have trouble in finding what's the game on other sites.
openPost-apocalyptic story with shy Eldritch Abominations and a woman travelling in a hot air balloon. Literature
I'm not sure if it was a My Little Pony fanfic, a children's book, or something I dreamed up.
But basically there's a lone woman travelling the world in a hot air balloon after a cataclysm killed everyone, and the surface is filled with Eldritch Abominations who are actually harmless despite their terrifying appearance and are very shy.
openPlastic surgery manga with live action movie adaptation Anime
It was a Body Horror/Psychological Horror manga about a beautiful and famous woman who has the huge skeleton in her closet that she got her looks through full-body plastic surgery. I think she was an actress but she might have been an Idol Singer or a model. The viewpoint character was her new assistant. There was also a live action movie based on it.
I know for a fact it has a work page, but I can't find it. I think some more manga by the same author also have pages.
Edited by loserswithwifiopenNo Title
Does anyone know this one show where they would act and demonstrate true (I think) Injury stories? And also the injuries would be like really weird and strange. There would also be a narrator. The show looked like it would be made in the 2000s? I remember watching full episodes on You Tube but I can’t find it.
openForum Thread about Worldbuilding races Web Original
I remember finding some sort of thread, either on World Building or Writer’s Block, that was like the Hero and Villain Critique Threads, but for races/species/cultures.
openPs1 Game thats eluding me. Videogame
I remember my brother had borrowed a game from one of his friends once. I remember there was a battle song that I liked too, an ear worm. But that game eludes me.
Details
- Released on the PS1
- An RPG, top down perspective.
- The back cover had a screen shot if a lady holding a spiked club, bluish in colour. One of her hands was holding the spiked head.
If anyone has any idea, let me know.
Edited by TheFarmboyopencartoon show i'm trying to remember the name of Western Animation
i watched this on okto in singapore around 2012-13 i think, and the main characters were these 2 siblings, a boy and a girl (twins?) and their cousin, a boy, and they all would skate home from school. the girl had red hair i think and she would tie it up in 3 pigtails. their grandpa would pick them up every afternoon and on the way home they would ask him a question. the 2 siblings are very obedient but their cousin is mischievous. they also have a pet cat at home. later, they will teleport to another location to find the answer to their questions by spinning a globe while singing a song. i remember in one episode they learnt about turtles and swam in the sea. they ended up with red, teary eyes because of the salt in the ocean. in another episode, their cousin was warned not to disturb the animals at the zoo or safari but he didn't listened and angered a gorilla. at the end of every trip, they would play a slideshow of the pictures they took for their grandpa. i remember all the details but i just can't remember the name, please help me!

2d animated show. Fantasy parody tv series.
The villain was this blue fuzzy guy who always wore a cloak to disguise how he looked, because he wanted to be feared and no one was afraid of him naturally because he looked too cuddly and soft. He had a minion who was this goth fairy chick with a crush on the main character, who was a Wizards apprentice.
It was set in a fantasy universe, and I'm fairly sure the title was something like "middle earth", but can't Google that cause only tolkien stuff came up. Also I'm pretty sure this is a British cartoon.
That's all I remember any help would be greatly appreciated.
