I know this was a Gundam but I can't remember which one it was and I can't seem to find the right one on the actual page. That being said, I've never watched any other Gundam show, so my details might not be helpful I know I saw in the 90's and it was playing in America, probably on Cartoon Network. I remember that there were these...chunks of land in space which I think served as the capitals for various countries. The Gundams were sent to earth to keep the peace by destorying the face of the planet (which might be common?). The mian character was a Japanese guy with a older brother who he either wanted to be or to fight; his girlfriend's name was Rain and she was a doctor. There was his red-headed French knight who was also a Gundam fighter. And there was something about the main characters getting card names like the "Queen of diamonds" or somthing (which also might be common?). There was also this...cyborg virus/cheating thing? While I remember a LOT about it I can't remember the name, please this has been bugging me for years.

This was a movie, I think. I watched it on video in class at some point during elementary school, so early '90s and definitely not any later than 1995. (This was in the US.) It featured a boy without a mother, who lived in a village near a big lake. It turns out that, when his mother was pregnant with him, there was a famine in the village. She caught three (I think?) fish from the lake, but instead of sharing them among the whole village, she was so hungry from her pregnancy that she ate two herself. As punishment, she was turned into this giant sea serpent thing that lived in the lake and - if I'm recalling correctly - sort of resembled a Chinese dragon. The boy finds out and interacts with her. I can't remember much of the plot after this, but I know she dies, possibly because the lake dries up. I remember a shot of him sitting with her on the dried lake bed, and a shot of her dessicated form. I don't remember how it ends, though I think she may have come back to life as a woman.

Does anyone remember an anime with the main character being a boy with blonde(I think) hair whose father was a writer, he gets sucked into a fantasy world in which he finds a cave with a treasure hunting witch in it trying to open the treasure inside the cave. He opens the chest and inside is a large sphere like weapon that can talk.

Does anybody know the name of the theme song to the 2008ish cartoon show Yu Gi Oh 5 Ds? Cause I'm thinking that it is "I Can Hear You Breathing", but can you help me just to be sure.

Another anime series I saw in the middle of the day in Japan in the early-to-mid-80s. Thinking back, it's sort of like Maison Ikkoku, focusing on a sweet, tall sexy black-haired lady and a guy on the mold of Godai and Lum's Ataru. There were occasional nude-shots of ladies (including the lead female character). The episode I got to watch was the one where there was a challenge between the boys and the girls. Not sure if it was between dorms or between boys-only and girls-only schools. Each would send a representative to sneak into the other dorm/school and steal some agreed artifact. The lead guy was the boys' rep and a big lady was the girls'. While the big lady just plowed herself through the defending boys, the male lead got himself seduced by the skimpily-clad girls (who kept slipping their tops off to him). He let himself play a game where he was chasing the girls blindfolded, but ending up getting hit by the girls on the head. By the end the girls won, the lead lady was feeling sorry for the unconscious lead character, apparently imploring the students to end the rivalry. Oh yeah, there was also some big dog that kept frothing in the mouth that somehow fit in the series. I also recall the closing credits, where there were different shots of the leading lady in various poses while the leading guy sat sulking on the side. The 2nd to the last shot of the lady was of her nude backside. Then the frothing dog came out, scaring the lead guy from his place, and the ending credits ended with the smiling fully-clothed lady carrying the scared guy.

I vaguely remember this show (I think it was anime) that my mom rented for me when I was little (mid-90's). All I remember was that there were giant centipedes throwing the world into chaos because they were eating fairies which I think controlled nature or something. And there was a scene in a church/cathedral of a priest writing something with a quill pen by candlelight. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Anime or 70/80's animation. Asian or some other 'exotic' boy, blond girl, perhaps adopted twins? With matching amulets? Credits possibly involved them running down a cobblestone street, shot from street level and running towards the camera? My Dad keeps telling me it's The Mysterious Cities of Gold but I'm sure it's not! Though the animation style is similar.

There was this anime that had two stories, one being about two female super heroes that do comedy and are mistaken for villains, and the other is about a family of girls who try to be the best villains but mess up and everyone thinks they are heroes. Of coarse, it might have been my imagination because I remember looking it up and I don't see anything like in when I look at my past searches...

I believe it was an anime set in the gundam universe or some other giant robot series though I could be wrong... It opened with two astronauts meeting in space (I think) and one of them loses their watch. They turn out to be on opposite sides of a war... The show ends with them emerging from a cave after the final battle of the war, and if I remember correctly the guy lead lost a leg.

An animated tv-series. COULD have been an anime, but I am not sure. The characters were all anthropomorphic felines. Only their heads were animal-like, the rest of their bodies (apart from the fur) were human. The protagonists were three typical Adventurer Archaeologists: Always hunting treasures in ancient ruins, at least one of them dressed like Indiana Jones, seemingly living in the first half of the 20th century, ect. They were two males and one female. Interestingly, the female was more anthropomorphic than her two male companions: (Caucasian) skin-coloured instead of fur-coloured, and with a less protruding and less animal-like muzzle.

Saw this anime on TV when I visited Japan in the early-to-mid-80s. A group of 4 or 5 people, each having a huge bike/trike/bike-with-sidecar of his/her own, led by a sexy black-haired lady. Their vehicles can combine into one giant mech. (Each vehicle is big enough for a person to fit into when it transforms for combining.) They seem to lean on the spy/cloak and dagger stuff and then they form the giant robot for the climactic battle of the episode. Been trying to look for this for decades.

Yet another early-to-mid-80s anime series. This time the memory reminds me of Urusei Yatsura, except there's no Lum or aliens; just a bunch of down-to-earth high-schoolers with the slapstick humor. I remember characters who now remind me of Urusei Yatsura's Mendou, Ataru, and Sakura. The Sakura-like character is also very attractive to schoolboys who keep pestering her. She would literally send the boys flying, and as they soar through the air, the boys have their arms stretched out and their legs forming a diamond (soles clapped together), leaving jet contrails in their wake. The episode I got to watch was the gang visiting a temple and they seem to be taking up the challenge of breaking the temple's bell. The Mendo-like character uses a ladder to try to break the bell from the inside, while a couple of other guys are repeatedly punching and kicking it from the outside. The Ataru-like character comes on to the Sakura-like lady who slams him into the bell (as apparently was his plan). Apparently they fail and the priest gives them their consolation prizes, which are smaller versions of the bell. (The Ataru-like character gets a very small one for hitting the bell only once.) I'm really interested in knowing the series' title.

I remember watching an English dub of an anime sometime in the late 90s to the early 2000s. It featured a scientist's daughter (no, not a Mad Scientist's Daughter, a sane one) who was sent to the future for some reason (ill with no cure or was it a war..?). She had this bird like machine thing which she'd lie in often, I think it talked. The girl collected a bunch of companions who could transform into some kind of insectoid-like armour, and one of them had fire powers. Eventually she died, and then a new girl (also from the past?) showed up. She cooked, had orange hair(?) and her name may have been Tofu. Someone had an answered query of this show before, but it's gone, and I've forgotten the show's name, again. It took me seven years to find it's name the last time, so any help is VERY much appreciated!

I remember watching this on YTV back in the 90's... it had two genies (father and daughter), one (the clumsy father) could be summoned by sneezing, and the other (the mischievous daughter) by yawning. They would grant wishes to a boy named Joey, but almost all of them quickly turn into disasters. There was also this weird, cartoonish old man with an umbrella who would appear during scene changes... Anybody know which series this was???

It's a manga, and there's this teen boy who's been reincarnated, along with his friends and wife from his past life. He's the only one who remembers their past life, and the only one who knows who they all were. The twist is that is past wife is know his best (male, I'm pretty sure) friend, and his past best friend is now a cute girl!
