openA real animated short or not? Western Animation
In the tropes Bungled Suicide and Happily Failed Suicide, there's a mention on the Western Animation folders that there's an 80's Eastern-European short about "a despondent man trying to kill himself, but when he's faced by robbers, he gives away all of his posession, clothes included, and ends up happy and appreciating life after being spared". I can't find anything about this short on the web, and a twitter account stated that this short is probably non-existant. Anybody knows what the short is called?
open2 living toys move from a bedroom to the outdoors. Western Animation
My memories of this series are really hazy, but I know it aired in 2015 on TV Al-Hijrah (for any other Malaysian tropers out there), and I watched The Fixies on that channel around that time too. Fixies was my fave to watch there, next to this show.
3D-animated series, unknown origin (even if I marked Western) and I forgot everyone's names.
The 2 main characters are Living Toys, one's a tall guy made of wooden cube blocks and the other is much smaller, I think she was a talking cat? Where they live, there are young kids (shorter than block guy) and other friends (of maybe less human-like appearance?) as side-characters.
As for the setting, I have reason to believe that the toys used to live in a blue bedroom but left and ended up in the bright green outdoors where most of the episodes occur. Maybe it was hinted to in the theme sequence, because when I finally saw an episode of the 2 in a blue bedroom, I figured "oh, so this is the first episode." I forgot why they left, but I think they flew out the open window via toy plane.
In later episodes, block guy and the cat do appear to have their own house which is much more their size (compared to the gigantic bedroom). The kids also appear to have their own house(s?). There was a centre-area without paths, much more flora and fauna, though there might have been a performing stage there.
My memories of episodes are little, but here's what I've got:
- There's one episode where one of the young kids refused to eat carrots/carrot soup, because he thought that it's gross to eat things that grow underground. At the end, he eventually comes to enjoy his 🥕 soup (supposedly after learning they're healthy).
- There's another episode where the 2 toys are on the trail of a supposed stranger/monster who keeps leaving square-shaped mud tracks everywhere that the block guy had been. Turns out, block guy didn't notice that he stepped in mud and was following his own tracks.
- There was probably a Sick Episode that ended with everyone getting better... only for the cat to start sneezing.
Any help is appreciated, thank you for your time.

openpoorly animated short series about an angry man that looks like it's from the early to mid 2000s Western Animation
What I can remember is there was a large angry man who always had an open mouth ready to yell or argue, he had a super energetic son who bounced on a trampoline indoors and got hurt, his wife mumbles constantly. I believe he had a neighbor who was a duck and he hated him but I honestly can't remember much. it was a mini series, Like 6 episodes or something, all in Black and White. looked like it was drawn on an old school Windows computer.
openEpisode of a cartoon show with a volcano Western Animation
I remember part of seeing some episode of a tv show in The '90s that involved two groups of soldiers (or something) fighting near the mouth of a volcano. The good guys were afraid that the bad guys might throw a grenade or something in the volcano, which would set it off (?) I can't remember anything else but I assume they didn't succeed in setting off the volcano. I also remember the scene had some scary background music that I think sounded a little like this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6uP0wIQ9aY
but with no words.
opengumbaland Western Animation
i remember an episode about a duck pond. two kids had their own problems. one was hungry, but wasn’t allowed to eat the bread since it was for the ducks.the other tried to feed the ducks, but they wouldn’t eat it. they decided to help each other by having one toss bread into the others mouth. i also remember an episode where someone sowed grass on the sun, covering everything in green light. it aired on playhouse disney as an interstitial in denmark. i’m not sure i got the title right. it could also be in the anime category. the setting was a branching blob that resembled a small town.

Edited by dutchguy1986openSorcerer mistakenly summons Boy through toilet to his magic world to save it (SOLVED!) Western Animation
I've been looking for this animated tv show I watched one time, around maybe 2013-2019. I think it was a comedy/fantasy and the animation style looked a bit like The Owl House. It took place in a fantasy world with magic.
The two main characters were a sorcerer/wizard with pointed ears and a not human skin tone (maybe purple or green) and a young human boy.
I think the Sorcerer wore a cape or robe and maybe flip flops. I also remember that he had a cool fantasy name.
The human boy wore casual clothes, maybe a hoodie.
The sorcerer's world was in trouble and he tried to magically summon a mighty warrior who could save his world, but instead he got this human boy who was supposed to be in school.
I specifically remember that the human boy got sucked into a toilet and that's how he got summoned to the sorcerer's world.
The sorcerer was kind of sarcastic and really annoyed that he accidentally summoned a boy instead of a great warrior.
The human boy was very confused and surprised to have ended up in the sorcerer's world.
I watched this show on Amazon Prime a long time ago, but I can't find it there now.
I hope that someone else has seen this show and could help, Thanks!
I found it :DD it's Eddie of the Realms Eternal! :D
Edited by PurpleClown777open2D probably European animated short about boy in pear orchard getting kidnapped by evil stranger. Western Animation
I've looked for a short animated hand-drawn or cutout film for years. I saw it when I was in fourth grade in the late 90s, it was shown to us in school while doing a folktale unit. So it's probably based on a folktale.
It was about an old childless couple who wish for a son. They get a boy one through magic or something. Their boy is later picking pears in their orchard, but an evil villain appears (his features are obscured by a big coat and hat or something, and he is accompanied by opera music). He asks for a pear. The boy says "of course" and reaches down from the tree to give him a pear. The villain grabs the boy and stuffs him in a sack.
He takes the boy home to EAT the boy, and tells his wife to cook the boy. While the villain is away, the boy keeps tricking the villain's wife and escaping.
The process repeats 3 times, like in a lot of fairy tales. Eventually, both the villain and his wife fall into their own boiling cauldron and get boiled alive.
Would LOVE to finally know what this is after over 20 years of searching! Might be a Hungarian or Soviet or Italian cartoon?
openanimated film where two walruses in an abandoned ship engage in a BLAM-y musical number (solved) Western Animation
This was a clip I thought I saw linked to as an entry on the Big-Lipped Alligator Moment page, but if it was, it doesn't seem to be there anymore (I checked both western animation and animated film pages). I think the actual plot may have had an environmentalist theme, the main characters were animals, and it might have even been set After the End (with remnants of human civilization still around but no living humans present). In the BLAM scene in question, the main characters encounter a pair of walruses living in an abandoned (or possibly sunken) ship, maybe an oil tanker - the walruses go into a song where the lyrics are nonsensical scatting, though the way it's sung and they way they behave while singing makes it seem like it's some kind of argument. The main characters leave the ship after the song is done, the walruses are never seen again (I think they actually die at the end of the song) and the plot moves along like nothing happened.
Edited by MikeKopenNo Title Western Animation
This is at least 10-12 years ago now, but there was this odd short movie thing that I had on Dv D(?) I don't remember very many details other than there was a part where the main character is a cheerleader on a soccer field, and she's got pink or purple colors for her uniform, and gets made fun of and judged for not having the other color.
I think there may have been a camping part too? Or maybe that was something else.
I know it's not much, but again this was forever ago.

openAn 3d animated show about an alien family Western Animation

Edited by nebula7openScooby Doo with Moving Floors Western Animation
Around 2003-2004, I saw a Scooby-Doo episode (I believe on videotape) where a major feature of the “haunted” location was moving floors. They functioned like conveyor belts, so the culprit could chase characters without them actually moving. “Moving floors” was the specific terminology used to describe them though, and I believe the culprit had a moment where he gloated over his plan and how the floors would help him. The moment I remember most clearly is that Scooby and Shaggy were once caught on the floors being chased by the culprit, and Shaggy said something along the lines of “Zoinks, Scoob! The floors are moving, but we sure aren’t!” I don’t remember which other characters were in the episode, if any.
openIntense animated trailer Western Animation
Back when I saw The LEGO Movie at the time it was still new, there was this trailer for an animated movie I don't remember the name of that played before it. I mostly remember it because it was intense and frightening to my family. All I remember from it is that it had humans as the characters, and was either 2D animated or 3D in a way that doesn't resemble most animated films. The start of it involved someone talking about people and if I remember right, was talking about how good they were in video games, with levels in games they got up to.
It honestly feels like my brain just made this up, but this memory is distinct in my mind, especially because my family had dread when it showed up again before another movie, though if memory serves me right, it didn't play in full that time.
open3D animated children's show (Team Unizoomi) Western Animation
The show had three tiny kids in a miniature orange car that drove out of a fountain every episode, and I think the three kids had green, blue, and pink clothing, with each kid using mainly one color for their clothes.
Edited by OffAndSphereresolved somebody help? Western Animation
So, I need help finding a show. I remember watching it in the early-to-mid 2010s. It was animated sort of like Winx Club, and there were schools for angels and demons. I remember the angel high school was called the Golden School. The protagonist (an angel) had kind of a thing with a demon and their romance could apparently cause calamity. Said demon also appeared on the same human's shoulders with the protag. Also, there were pets. One of the demon love interest's pets was a snake. Somebody help, please?

I'm trying to find a cartoon with some anthropomorphic bats in a cave where they slowly start disappearing, but after the last one disappears, it turns out they're all fine. And then they're at a river with a beaver in the end.
