openLooking for Web Animation based on Webcomic Web Original
So there's this Web Animation, which is based on a bunch of comics someone found on the net. I don't remember much about it, except that it was super weird and animesque. It was described as a Widget series here on TV Tropes. Does anyone know what this is?
Anyone? Anyone?
openMale animation youtuber? Web Original
Anyone here know an animator youtuber that made a video on overly pc people? I remember part of the video where he opened a door for a lady and the lady used the other side of the door and said 'I dont need a man to help' all dramatic like. Thanks in advance.
Edited by GloryAndCatsopenWebcomic/writing dos and dont's blog Web Original
This was an interesting blog and a good read I discovered a few months ago, but I no longer know how to find it or what it was called. Each post was dedicated to a particular "lesson" using a particular webcomic as a case study, like one about stuffy, unrelatable dialogue zeroing in on a comic focused on uninteresting wealthy characters with ostentatious vocabularies. I don't believe art was the focus of many of the posts. Otherwise, I don't have much else memory, but I'm fairly certain it was an independent blog not hosted on a larger site.
openPowerpuff Girls fanfic Web Original
Does anyone know what PPG fanfic this Middle Child Syndrome example references?
- One The Powerpuff Girls Fanfic offered an alternate interpretation. Rather than making Blossom the Eldest, she was the Middle Child, and her acting more mature and claiming of the leader role was her attempt to compensate for her fear of being overlooked. Buttercup was the Youngest, and her extreme attitude was her way of rebelling against any notion of labeling her the 'baby', and Bubbles was the Eldest and simply didn't care about whatever role she 'should' fill, given that all the girls were extremely young anyway and her sisters were more willing to fill those stereotypes.
openhungry girlfriend Web Original
This was an animated web video (I presume Flash) from the late 90s. It was a dude and his girlfriend, arguing about where to go for food. The girlfriend kept saying "I'm hungry" but didn't want to go to any of the food emporiums suggested by the dude. The only line I remember is "Ewwww I don't want Backyard Burger."
openPokemon Fan Thing Made With Plush Dolls Web Original
Many years ago, on You Tube, there was this ongoing series that was called something like "Adventures of the Pokemon" or something. It had terrible production quality (literally being footage of plush dolls) but it was freaking hilarious. A few characters and gags included a Lugia with a pet rock, best friends Pikachu and Charmander, two other Pikachus (one with a bow and one with a scarf,) a Mew with a hypnotizing doo-dad, a Mewtwo with a split personality where one half was normal and the other was a hypnosis-induced moron who was literally "the dumbest person in the world," a Lucario who thought he was Spiderman (and who was hypnotized to think he was his son Riolu, and vice versa, and a Turtwig who was the mayor. I remember it being made by a speedpainter and I think s/he was called Eevee 2 Espeon, but You Tube's search function is terribad.
resolved OffTheRails example without a link or works page Web Original
The trope page for Off the Rails has an example that does not have a work page or a link to it and I cannot find it anywhere because it has such a generic name. Does anybody know where to find the series that this example is referring to? The only other information that I have is that it is a web video series because the link to the nonexistent work page says web video.
The players manage to very quickly break their first quest during one of the early episodes of Role Play. Having retrieved a magical glass orb and an Infinity –1 Sword they attempt to have them identified before returning them to the quest giver. Since formal identification turned out to be too expensive one player decided to learn more about the orb by dropping it on the ground to see if it smashes. It did. Having failed the quest the players decided that they might as well ignore the quest giver and wander off with the powerful weapon. The GM sends an assassin after the party who seemed to be powerful enough to have killed them all in a fair fight, but they somehow manage to trip her and then pin her underneath an unconscious party member whilst impaling her through the arm. The following week the GM gave up on heavily planned quests and kept preparations brief since it was clear that his players were too unpredictable to railroad.
openPseudo-fifties post-apocalypse Web Original
There was a web story where After the End there was a sort of safe Haven which was very Fifties with a breeding program, (Husbands have multiple wives and go to each family for a week at a time) and being super-racist (one of the characters has a Dark Secret of having Asian ancestry/heritage) POV was two teenagers 1 boy and 1 girl getting ready for the tests for their Bureaucratically Arranged Marriages.
Anyone recognize it?
openWebsite analyzing X-Files fanon? Web Original
It was this website that I thought was called Infrequently Asked Questions but I've googled that name heaps of times and not found anything relevant. It was taking a bunch of things that come up in Fan Works related to The X-Files and seeing if they gelled with Canon. Examples of text:
Q: Mulder home-nurses Scully when she's unwell?': A: Unlikely. Scully usually nurses herself unless it's serious enough to warrant a hospital visit.'' Q: Mulder phones Scully in the middle of the night? A: This is not likely to be a regular occurrence. When Muldre phoned Scully at nighttime in one episode, she seemed surprised that he was calling. Q: Mulder is a terrible shot?: ''A: Actually, Mulder is a great shot. He sleeps with his gun under his pillow, but then again, he wouldn't be Muldre if he didn't do that.\
openYoutube Animation about RPG Style Adventurers? Web Original
I remember I found this really funny animation on youtube which took place in an RPG style world. It was about these heroes for hire. There was a nerdy mage I think, an edge lord kind of guy maybe, and also a fighter who had two moms apparently. The only job they could find, however, was from this sort of valley girl type person i think? And they had to get her cat out of a tree, I'm fairly certain. Then they end up meeting this girl who's also a fighter type character. She wants to join, but they don't want another fighter. That's all I remember from there. I also remember it being really funny I guess. But that's subjective. I just liked it more than some other rpg based youtube animations, and I wanna see if the series was ever continued. It came out around 2015-16 or something

open"Trauma meme" entry Web Original
Months ago, a friend showed me a video of the "trauma" art/animation meme on You Tube. It had a priest-looking guy in it, who turned into an Eldritch Abomination at some point of the video. Just now, at the time of this writing, I looked up the site for the entry but failed. Anybody can provide a link?
Edited by ActualBeatriceopensome sort of show Web Original
I remember watching this cartoon about a yellow, shaggy haired boy, with shiny blue eyes, and a blue-green outfit, who looked somewhat like beaker if he fused with tweek , as a child sometime in 2011 online. I swear one of the mario characters was in it. The only part I remember is one where I think he was singing about something related to dinosaurs, or something, and i'm pretty sure it has its own page on this site.
Once, when I was little, I saw this show on treehouse with a lady, and a raccoon puppet, making crafts out of things like, cups, paper, and other things you'd find around your house. I think at one point, there was a tiger.
Edited by cake64openHappy Tree Friends-like Webcartoon Web Original
Sometimes when i'm looking for a show to watch on Youtube, I get a random memory from when i was about 5 where i was on Vimeo or some other video-sharing site, i found a Happy Tree Friends-like webcartoon that stars stuffed animals or plushies (I think, I don't remember seeing much blood) getting murdered or killed, and in the next episode they're alive again (Similar to HTF). I remember about 2 episodes, In one episode, One of the characters was trying to push another character off the building into a pair of scissors, But accidentally slips and falls into the scissors him/herself. In another, A group of characters were watching a train go round and round the tracks, But soon the train stops. One of the Characters go to start the train back up again and then accidentally gets run-over by it, The other characters don't care and continue to watch the train go round and round again.
I hope you guys can help me find this show, I would be interested in watching this again.
openUK Anti-Bullying Website Web Original
I remember finding this anti-bullying website (ironically, while trying to find a completely different anti bullying website with different characters) with several different characters talking about their experiences being bullied: one is a Traveller girl whose father has died, one is a gay teen boy hiding his sexuality, etc. I’ve searched the web but can’t seem to find it. The webpage was a kind of grayish blue color, with the drawings of the characters not having any color. Any idea where I could find this?
openOld YouTube Poop Web Original
I'm looking for this old YTP that involves Mario and Luigi getting piss drunk, with the former literally pissing all over the bar. (Referencing Conker's Bad Fur Day) King Harkinian loses it when Mario pisses on him and shoots him (and Luigi) with a shotgun.
What's the title of this Poop?
openA GoAnimate video that I remember watching Web Original
I remember seeing one of those "X gets grounded Y (time) in a row" videos, where the troublemaker's dad has the Diesel voice, and each onscreen day ends with that dad appearing, set to the "cheer" animation, and simply saying "you are grounded". Sometimes, he appears in the most absurd ways, such as on thin air, or in some enclosed, hazardous, or lost place.
Edited by MitchellProductionsopenOld Super Mario 64 Machinima (UNSOLVED) Web Original
Probably would have been around 2006-07, and it was a series of Super Mario 64 machinima on Gamespot's website, though it was probably on YouTube and/or Machinima.com as well. It told a story using on-screen dialogue similar to supermarioglitchy4, but I believe it was made before he started in 2011. It told the story of Mario trying to save the "glitching" game (I believe episode 2, for instance, had star textures all over the entrance hall of Peach's Castle). One episode had the sound go out from the glitching, and it was replaced my Michael Jackson music, which many fans didn't like to the point where he uploaded an alternate version in which "Mj's [sic] beat has been taken out" (as said in the description, or something along those lines).
Edited by rjd1922openInvestigate My Murder Webcomic Web Original
I ran across a few years ago an interactive webcomic where a man stumbled into a police station asking them to investigate his murder. You have to piece together who did it and why. (The suspects included a student of his and his wife.) I also remember that the soundtrack included Angel by Massive Attack and Wishing Well by Morphine.
Can anyone help me find this?

It was a fanfic focusing on adult Malon and her thoughts and dreams of Link after he goes missing from Hyrule. She's in love with him but also mad for disappearing without any word. While she is still working at the Ranch under Ingo's rule she sometimes makes trips to Kakariko Village and there she is know as the "Storyteller" by the children for her great stories including Anju and Kafei kid, the couple remembering Link from their time in Termina and assuring her that Link is not dead.
One day Link, as a adult, returns and after meeting Malon back he rants how growing up sucks and how when he was a kid everything was more easy. Malon doesn´t believe any word he says because she think he's lying but evetually starts to warm up. There is another scene where Link casually mentions ow he got te Hookshot while being scolded by Malon and another where after Link leaves the ranch with Epona Ganondorf's Guards arrive to pick the promised horse and Malon saves Ingo's life by bribing them while in the process warming the taskmaster heart and admiting how he misses the old times before Hyrule went to hell.
That's all I can remember, I've searched a lot for this fanfic and I can't find it so I will appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
