openSlice Of Life Graphic Novel (SOLVED) Print Comic
So, I'm looking for this slice-of-life graphic novel that I saw at a book fair. I think it has "Moon" in the title.
So, the protagonist is this girl (who might be Asian, I don't remember). She meets and befriends this other girl (who would be Asian if the protagonist is) who's nicknamed "Moon" or something.
Eventually, "Moon" confides in the protagonist that, late at night, she has visions of "celestial beings". But it turns out that "Moon" has a brain tumor and has been hallucinating.
I clearly remember a scene where "Moon" just collapses during some sort of party, and then it cuts to a doctor saying that "Moon" has a brain tumor that was located near the back of her head. It was originally just pressing on her visual lobe, but it's grown bigger and that's why "Moon" collapsed. Then the doc says "she must've been having seizures this whole time, and nobody's noticed..." and the protagonist, who was the only one "Moon" told about the "celestial beings", realizes that her keeping it a secret has hurt her friend...
Edited by sRAMrelevratopenComic book somewhere cold (solved!) Print Comic
There's this graphic novel I found at the library. It's about somebody who goes to the North Pole, or maybe the South Pole—somewhere really cold, at any rate. One volume long, I recall, and it's not Whiteout.
EDIT: Never mind; I found it, and it's called British Ice.
Edited by MichaelKatsuroopenThor comic about multiple Hammers Print Comic
I read it years ago and all I can remember is that multiple versions of Thor's hammer dropped on earth and Hulk Mabye got one
openSci Fi mouse thing Print Comic
You know I remember reading this comic about some random mouse in space. He goes to recover some random thing[involving black holes] with a random swan and a traitor agent. His dad gave him some crystal necklace[the dad was killed]. Then the swan and mouse go somewhere important and a black hole appears. Then the mouse falls into a black hole and harnesses its energy to destroy some evil company's ships. The swan then does stuff with the black hole. It's like danger mouse in space I guess.

I have a Mickey Mouse/Mickey & Goofy comic on my mind, and I was hoping someone could help me identify it. It's about Mickey/Mickey & Goofy, when they travel back in time to meet Gustave Eiffel.
They used a time machine created (probably) by Dr./Professor Spike Marlin. But when they arrived and met Gustave, it turned out that Gustave did not really want to build a tower, but a rocket launch. But in the end it became a tower anyway, a tower he hoped would reach the moon.
I also remember Gustave's wife, a domestically powerful and dominant woman who was negative about his ideas. But I don't remember much more about her. By the way, I read the series in Swedish, and hope to find it in the same language. Although it was likely published in Italian or English, and later dubbed to Swedish. Finding it in any language would be a start at least!
By the way, I shouldn't be surprised if this comic is a part of "The Time Machine" series, by Massimo De Vita.
If you know anything about this series, such as the title, paperback / newspaper issue it was included in, I would be extremely grateful, as I have been looking for it for a long time.
Thanks you!
open(Solved quickly) In what page of PS238 does Victor Von Fogg turn the mayor into a lamp? Print Comic
So, I recently learned about PS 238 and heard that there was a part where one villain turned the mayor into a lamp. I know it's somewhere in issues 46 to (I think) 51, but I don't have the time to read them all. Can anyone find that part for me?
Edited by sRAMrelevratopenSci-fi story where a girl gets roped into a space adventure. Print Comic
Trying to remember about what this comic was called I read many years ago. I remember some bits of it. It was a sci-fi comic (or graphic novel?) about a girl that gets roped into a space adventure. Also has a guy with a peg-leg and an R2-D2 trash can looking robot.
I remember one scene that has a building monster that gets defeated by a toothbrush falling into it's mouth.
openHorror Comic about a cursed horseshoe Print Comic
I have vague memories of reading a summary on the wiki of a horror comic revolving around a cursed horseshoe which makes its bearers immortal while giving them terrible luck and can't be discarded. I can't find it on any relevant trope pages like Clingy McGuffin, Immortality Inducer, Fate Worse than Death, etc
Nevermind, found it by looking at Clingy McGuffin's related page. It's Home Sick Pilots, which doesn't appear to have been crosswicked at all
Edited by LibraryseraphopenTrying to find a comic Print Comic
I'm trying to find a comic I read some years ago that I can't recall the title of. It was about a group of girls living in a coastal town with a secret(some kind of treasure) history type of local legend. One of the girls who works at a local tourist trap about the treasure gets mugged in relation to the treasure. The cover of the first issue was the girls with the group mascot a german shepard with the town in the background.
openGarfield strip Print Comic
Looking for a specific Garfield strip where Garfield pushes a vase off the table and Jon angrily yells at him that he doesn't even know what he just did, but it turns out Garfield actually knows more about the vase than Jon does.
openBlack astronaut finds alien race war Print Comic
I'm trying to remember the name of that classic comic where an astronaut finds the remnants of an alien civilization that destroyed itself in a race war, then as he's reflecting on it in his ship he takes off his helmet, and the reader sees for the first time that he's black? The one where the CCA tried to make them change him to white in a reprint, but the editor threatened to go to the press?
resolved Graphic novel: Homeless girl turns into monster Print Comic
This is a comic book / graphic novel I saw recently at a used book sale; I don't know when it was published. The main character is a homeless Black girl with a blue stripe in her hair. She transforms into a goopy monster with pure blue eyes. I believe she ends up getting stuck in monster form. There's a scene where she breaks into an apartment and finds an abused kitten that had its whiskers cut off. I think this was a Western comic, not a translated manga. I tried checking Homeless Hero and Shapeshifter Mode Lock, but didn't see anything there that rung any bells.
resolved Comic about a superhero employment agency Print Comic
There was a comic from the mid-90s or earlier about a organization that recruits superheroes and then sends them out on various missions; it was published in the early 90s (or earlier), featured a Sexy Secretary / Girl Friday named Nicole, and had a tone that varied between dramatic and humorous.
Edited by Luke_The_Greatopen(SOLVED) Oneshot Manga Where Guy Falls In Love With Ventilator Print Comic
I'm picking "print comic" since that's basically what manga is.
So, a comment on Pro ZD's "Tokomo Chairem" video has this to say: "funny thing is, there's this BL oneshot Manga where this guy is in love with his ventilator, it was kinda sad" Does anyone know what manga they're talking about? (Also, what does "BL" stand for?)
Solved: It's called "Hot & Cold". "Ventilator" was actually a poorly-translated way of saying "Air Conditioner"
Edited by sRAMrelevratopenGreen-haired cat girl? Print Comic
I remember picking up this manga from the library a long time ago, but the title escapes me. From what I remember, it was about a green-haired Cat Girl with white cat ears (that might've resembled the top half of a cat's head complete with eyes) and a Verbal Tic, getting into slice of life-ish adventures with another cat girl and a bunny girl. They might've been aliens too, I dunno.
resolved Bizarro Print Comic
There is a comic called Bizarro that is found as a strip in newspapers that I'm looking for. It's made by Dan Piraro. Does anyone know where I can find its media page?
openSpecific Batman comic Print Comic
Anyone know which specific Batman comic this from tlp is from.
Want to specify
- Batman: In one issue, Batman discovers that an orphanage his alter ego Bruce Wayne ran had been, behind his back, turned into a "shopping center" for perverts and predators. He confronts the orphanage's director as Bruce Wayne, saying it was his fault for not realizing sooner, but also determined to set it right again. He also gives the guy a hell of a right hook before the cops cart him off.
openThis one specific comic strip Print Comic
When looking through the harmless freezing page on this site, I noticed an entry for a comic strip called "Beetle Bailey" where one of the characters falls into freezing water and is being melted about with coffee. I've been looking for this specific strip for a whole but I've had no luck, at this point I feel like it might not even exist! I was curious if anyone knows what specific strip this is or if they can confirm if it does exist so I can continue searching. I'm sorry if this doesn't follow the media finder thingy correctly but this is my only way of getting help for this.
openMagazine comic about breast cancer Print Comic
Begins with someone noticing a lump on her breast while having a swim. At one point, an event called the "buxom buttless blonde parade" is mentioned during a banquet or something. Shortly thereafter, the main character is chastised for certain negligence, and is ordered to find a different doctor and protocol.

There were these little comic books I used to check out at my elementary school library. There was a group of friends: a rabbit, a turtle, and another one that I don't remember. The turtle always called the rabbit "Dumb Ears", and I think the turtle's father (or grandfather, I don't remember) owned a pizzeria. There was one comic where a rival pizzeria with extremely fast service opened up across the street, and the place was run by evil ninjas, and I think they used some kind of dark magic for their pizza. That's all I can remember.
