openOrdinary girl thinking about murder Anime
Alright, so a few days ago, I saw someone post an image of a manga panel that showed a girl sleeping in her bed, and the white dialogue box on the left side said "I'm just another ordinary girl, who is wanted for several murders."
Now that I've seen said image, I'm really wanting to find out what manga it's from.
openJust came to me out of the blue... Anime
There was a scene in the show where a little boy was crying out for his mommy, only to realize that he is being held by the waist by a crazy clown who proceeds to shoot up the place.
It was a long time ago and I saw it when I was little. I don't blame anyone if they can't figure out what it is...
Edited by awesomestarzopenNightmarish In-Name-Only Funny Animal Treasure Island (solved) Anime
I’ve got bizarrely specific memories of this- I could have sworn it was named Treasure Island, but it’s not listed among any list of adaptations I can find. I think it was an anime, and an older one (1980s-ish?) An Anthropomorphic Animal Adaptation of Treasure Island, but In Name Only. It’s not The Legends of Treasure Island, but very similar. It’s not Animal Treasure Island either; no human characters at all. Jim Hawkins is a cat in this one, I think. He gets the map, but in this bizarre arbitrary detail it doesn’t show where in the ocean the island even is, so Squire Trelawney says, “then we shall let the gods decide!” and throws a dart at a map of the world and they sail to that place and happen to get it right, the island happens to be right where the dart landed. At one point on the island they’re on a lake or river and there’s an “undertow” (not sure if that’s what they call it in the film or if it’s just my childhood understanding of the events) but it’s a living creature and Jim dives/gets pulled underwater by it, and gets to see the entire thing, which turns out to be some nightmarish anemone-like tentacle monster on the bottom of the lakebed. At the end of the movie, they never find the treasure and the island sinks into the sea and it’s incredibly depressing.
Edited by PretzelsopenRain vs Speed? Anime
I remember it was like an underdog fight, where someone only had the power to make it rain, versus someone who could stop time, or move very fast? I think it also had something to do with an assassin too, but I remember the person with rain powers won because the other person ran into it and died because of how fast they were moving making the rain like cement or something. Please help! It's so frustrating that I can't remember!
openAnime guy turned into cat, what anime? Anime
I don't remember much really (I think I saw this clip on youtube. Some anime guy somehow turned into a black cat. He tried to tell his friends but they didn't recognize him so he ran away. (He either ran away or they shooed him away.) But then he met a little girl. She had a typical stoic personality (there's almost always one stoic girl in anime) and she was MAYBE wearing a typical (black) witch hat and witch dress. I don't remember much of what she wore but that hardly matters. She possibly had blonde straight hair, but I can't say for sure. She said that it would be bad if she couldn't recognize "her master", him. So he was "her master", one way or another, and she recognized him despite his cat-form. And I assume she helped him turn back. I don't remember how he turned into a cat but I guess witchcraft.
openmaybe anime Anime
Soo there is this war thingie going on and there are different teams (maybe just two) and each of them have their own fighters. One of the fighters is a girl which is some guys fighter and they meet in a cemetery I think and another one is some kinda human shaped machine which explodes in the end
so yea I hope you got something out of that
openLooking for an old anime episode. Anime
The art syle was like an old shoujo, everyone's eyes had like three or four dots of light in them, with maybe a few lines too. The colors made it look like it was traditionally animated, which it probably was because I saw it dubbed around 2006. The setting's aesthetics (buildings, clothing, etc) were European. Both of the characters I remember were blue-eyed blondes too, or at least close enough that my memory could distort them into that.
So, the episode starts with a girl, the protagonist, walking into a town. I think this might have been an once-an-episode thing, but I only ever watched one so I'm not sure. I think the girl had a blue dress on (kinda fuzzy there), and she was definitely walking beside her albino pet lion cub. They go near a bridge and see a man standing on the handrails. (They were pretty thick, white handrails, kinda like tiny roman pillars sharing a single top). The girl screams at him not to jump and he turns around, screams and throwns himself onto the bridge's floor while trying to get away from her pet lion. After a few seconds he regains his composure and starts chastising her. He says he's a painter and he was just trying to get a good view of the dawn, but now she's broken his concentration and ruined his work and she should learn not to put her nose where it doesn't belong, etc. Eventually he walks away, partly angry at the girl and partly scared at the lion.
Now, I get the feeling the plot follows the girl around for a while after this, but I can't say much more. The next thing I remember is the artist at a fancy party where nobles (or rich burgueoise, who knows) are chatting about how wonderful his paintings are and such. I think he might have been auctioning them, I feel there were a few shown onscreen. Anyways, he takes a break from socializing to sulk at a corner (might have been a balcony or something, just somewhere where there were fewer guests but still inside the house grounds) and mentally monologues to himself about how he almost jumped to his death earlier that day, but he's got a lion phobia and seeing the cub shocked him out of it. I don't remember if he said it explicitly, but he sounded like he was planning to try again as soon as he could, and he had a sort of "Ugh, that meddling kid ruined it!" kind of attitude.
I don't remember anything after that. I kinda feel like the girl wound up at the party somehow, but that might just be me filling a blank space with my best guess. It was a kid's shows and she was the protagonist, so I'm sure she helped him somehow.
openWho are the first two anime characters in this image? Anime
Also which animes they are from. Thanks.

openCharacter Killed by Boomerangs and bleeding (I think its oil?) Anime
I know the character got hit in the back by like four blades that look like sharper and less curved boomerangs, and the next shot of them is them on the ground dead, but bleeding what I think is oil. I can't think of the name of the show.
openAnimated movie about insects specifically fireflies Anime
I originally saw this movie as a kid in Korea. It was an animated film about a crippled firefly who could not fly. He teams up with a blind firefly who can fly and he acts as his eyes. I also remember a female love interest firefly who was pink while the rest of the fireflies were all blue green colored. There was one scene I remembered pretty vividly where a spider caught a couple fireflies and killed them, and later the flightless firefly was briefly caught in its web too and started signalling with his light as a warning. I think the spider tried to shoot some web at it but it managed to get away. I can't find this movie when I try to look it up based on this information. I'm not sure where this film was animated but I originally saw it in Korean and haven't been able to find it here.
openAnime brief no panties scene? Anime
This scenen was very brief and I probably saw it on youtube, a little more than a year or so ago. Anyway, a guy walks into the kitchen in the house he's in. We hear a this, and he looks to his right. A little girl wearing ordinary clothes and a apron fell over, and quicklu got up. She nervously asked if he saw. Smiling, he replies he didn't see her panties. And she said "Good, because I wasn't wearing any panties today." I don't know much about the anime, but it SEEMED like an anime where one guy lives with a bunch of girls. That's really common in anime nowadays, but another detail is that this guy seems to be the girls'" master"and they're all his servants.
And that's that. Know it? Looked everywhere but can't find it! Please help me.
openPost apocalyptic series about 4 teenagers in an abandoned city? Anime
There was this show I watched, back around 2013 or 2014. It was done like a motion comic, if I remember correctly, and the episodes were shorter than average. I watched it on Crunchyroll, but it’s not on there anymore I don’t think.
It was about a teenaged boy, two teenaged girls, and a younger girl. They were the only survivors of an apocalypse that wiped out the rest of humanity. These strange orbs of energy had made every other human being vanish sometime before the series picks up. There wasn’t a whole lot of conflict anymore though, just in flashbacks to the event. In the present, it’s largely about the four main characters just going about their lives. Stuff like growing crops, going swimming in a flooded city, and finding an old tank.
There was also a running subplot about the characters flashing back to earlier points in their lives, I believe? I’ve been trying to find this series for years now, but I can’t find any trace of it ever existing.
openPeach trees and flashbacks Anime
Ok, so there's this girl, I think she and her sister were adopted. A cop brings her home and says "MERRRR SHE WAS STEALING STUFF" and the mom was like "you steal from my peach orchard all the time...you thought i didn't notice?" then he runs off embarassed.
THEN its later in the flashback, the girl gets in a fight with her mom and she disowns her.
flash forward to present day her and her sister are grown up and one has trashed the other's house during a nervous breakdown, but the one who owns the house is very calmly like "i shouldn't leave you alone in my house."
What is this anime???
openHorror anime, guy unknowingly eats brains Anime
So, I've seen this anime over 15 years ago, and it is still in my mind. I don't remember much, so I don't want to get my hopes up. I think it was series of horror animes / cartoons. I don't remember any details, set or setting, I remember a part- a guy was really hungry, decided to brake into a shop (?) of some kind. It was really dark, he couldn't really see what he was doing, but he found a fridge (?) and started eating. Next think you know, it's light now and guy realises he's eating brains or other humanly parts, not sure. I don't know if it was a series, or just part of animated movie, I just have that one scene in my mind. Any help to rediscover that piece would be really appreciated.
openLooking for a sci-fi anime that starts with a race between various characters Anime
So, I am trying to find this anime that looks like a mix of fantasy and sci-fi. I don't remember much about it, but I believe I remember the first episode showed a bunch of characters (I think they were classmates) in a race through a city (possibly floating in the sky) and they were using their powers to make it. The characters had pretty varied designs, but the MC was a calm looking, brown-haired man who had a kind of fur on the top of his coat, I think. I don't remember much, but it looked really nice.
openAnime where a woman is forced to drink a poison that slowly turns her into a cat. Anime
Not too long ago I found an ecchi anime that took place in a pseudo-feudal Japanese setting, and the 3rd season started with a high-ranked woman(I think she may have been a general?) being betrayed/usurped and force fed a poison. She survives, but finds that she is slowly transforming into a cat, starting with a pair of cat ears. She is distraught, especially since the cat girls in this setting are part of a Barbarian Tribe and she does not want to be confused for one of them. She enlists the heroes to gather the ingredients for the antidote, which takes up most of the episodes and includes bizarre things such as an elephant's belly button lint. By the time the heroes get back, the woman has shrunk significantly and now has paws and a tail. She takes the antidote and is restored to normal, but she still has the cat ears.
Aside from the plot summary, I seem to recall the 3rd season being an Oddly Named Sequel. When I saw it originally, the title was untranslated, so it's possible that it has since been translated, which would explain my difficulty finding it.
openDiner transformation Anime
I saw a clip of it on youtube but its gone now, this guy was in a diner with his girlfriend and she gets really intimate with him. I guess it overwhelms him because he has a nosebleed and a guy nearby starts laughing at him....until the nosebleed comes out as a small stream and he stops laughing. Suddenly the guy bleeding transforms into some kind of alien creature and sucks up his own blood. He very quickly changes back though and leaves with his girlfriend
openSlice of Life Robot Manga Anime
It's a manga I saw recommended in a recommendations thread somewhere, and I can't remember the title. It was about a female android running a cafe in a post-post-apocalyptic setting, and the recommender said it was a very nice, relaxing, low key slice of life
openAnime scene, apron no panties Anime
This scenen was very brief and I probably saw it on youtube, a few years or so ago. Anyway, a guy walks into the kitchen in the house he's in. We hear a thud, and he looks to his right. A little girl wearing ordinary clothes and a apron fell over, and quickly got up. She nervously asked if he saw. Smiling, he replies he didn't see her panties. And she said "Good, because I wasn't wearing any panties today." I don't know much about the anime, but it SEEMED like an anime where one guy lives with a bunch of girls. You know one of those "harem" anime that's really common in anime nowadays, but another detail is that this guy seems to be the girls'" master"and they're all his servant. I could be wrong thou. I only got this one impression of the guy, but if I had to compare with someone, it'd be Akatsuki Ōsawa from "Aesthetica of a Rouge Hero". Most guys that loved with a bunch of girls, are complete push-overs. But not this guy, he was kind, cool and respected. But he doesn't seem quite as perverted as Akatsuki.
And that's that. Please help me identify this anime. 🙏🙏🙏

I remember one episode that some kids get stuck in a strange place that looks like earth and they live in a tree house (I think I’m not sure) and one day they find a kid alien that is blue and ty to find his family when they find his family’s space ship they walk slowly to them one by one but the get electricity shock because they walk closer to the parents and because the ground gave some kind of electricity like trap tiles , and well in the last episode they all get back home idk how
