openLooking for a slightly weird Sparta Remix. Web Original
I don't remember when, but I once saw a Sparta Remix of a yellow cartoon moose, specifically a Russian one (?). From what I can remember he climbed up into a tree and pretended to be an owl, and the part where he shouted: "Coo, coo/Hoot, hoot", was remixed. If I recall right, it was remixed with the skeleton dance. If any Russian tropers are out there, I'd like some help! It was really catchy if my memory is clear, and I would like to see it again.
Thanks for the help if any!
Edited by RehydratedFortuneopenReview Of A Movie With An Animated Chiodos Segment. Web Original
I saw a review of a show or movie, something sci fi or horror themed and I remember that in the review someone said there was a weird opening segment that was animated/designed by the Chiodo Brothers and the reviewer mentioned Killer Klowns, Critters and an episode of Tales From The Darkside.
openFanfiction I read about on this very wiki Web Original
The thing I remember about it was that the author was paralyzed from the neck down before it was finished and could only update about once per year.
openScientific Siblings. Web Original
All I know about this is that it's a Youtube video that is from a channel that is food related or science related and has two twins or siblings, making what they describe as being a 'little human'. I've heard it over and over again but I don't know the title.
openTroper-written fiction with a lame twist Web Original
The premise is that the main character has superpowers and tries to keep them secret from the world. It is eventually revealed that said protagonist is actually a Brain in a Jar living out a simulation
IIRC the author was said to hate it and has been planning to rewrite it
openLink for a live action adaptation of a webcomic Web Original
So, I'm not sure if this is the right place but I'm looking for a link of a live action adaptation of a Vienamese webcomic called Thirty and a Half Minutes
. Basically the comic is about the Grim Reaper giving a woman who's about to die in childbirth extra time to live so she can deliver her child.
It was adaptated into a live action short film and it was IIRC quite faithful to the comic. There were some minor changes (such as the Mother having black hair instead of blonde and the Grim Reaper wore a black skull mask) and the only major change was that the film added a scene that showed the Mother being abused by her father as a child hence the bruise on her neck. It was probably implied that the said bruise was another reason that the Grim Reaper decided to let her live a little longer.
The film used to be on YouTube but it disappeared. I don't know who produced the film, but considering the comic is Vietnamese, it was probably developed by an Asian studio (that might be Vietnamese as well).
I'm wondering if anyone has a link of the film so I can watch it again.
Edited by Cutegirl920fireopenLooking for a Podcast Episode Web Original
It was an episodic horror podcast I can't recall the title of, the episode featured a story about a massive beetle creature and its spouse. They bled gold, and it started taking teeth from humans. Hoping someone else knows this- thanks a lot.
resolved Webvideo about sonic getting depressed Web Original
I'm looking for a webvideo about Sonic the Hedgehog getting depressed. The video uses sprites and was about sonic getting so depressed that he refuses to do anything. Eggman/Robotnik brags about taking over the world infront of him and juggling the chaos emeralds.
After seeing sonic being unresponsive , Robotnik/Eggman says "if your gonna be like that , you can keep the fucking emeralds".
Can anyone please find the name of this webvideo for me?
Edited by monkeyheroineopenCommentary Youtuber Web Original
A few months ago I watched two videos of a commentary Youtuber who made videos. One was about if scambaiting was ethical or could be racist, and another was a response to a video by Blaire White. I don't remember his name but the guy was blonde with glasses and there was classical music playing in the background, and I believe his bio mentioned him to be a comp-sci graduate. I don't believe he has a page here though nor do I seek to make one, just looking to find him again. Sorry if its the wrong place.
Edited by SkylaNoivernopenSchmidty-something, Youtube. Web Original
A Youtube show made by a child or teenage reviewer, his channel banner basically had numerous characters but mostly Lester B. Bum from Linkara's review show Atop The Fourth Wall, he did a review or comparison of Jim Carrey's Grinch vs the Mike Myers Cat In The Hat and he did a fake Russian accent while mocking Carrey's grinch voice.
openYoshi's Island Flash animation parody Web Original
I recall seeing an old Flash animation on Newgrounds in the late 2000's/early 2010's. It was a sprite-based parody of Yoshi's Island wherein Yoshi attempted to kill Baby Mario, but humorously failed in most of his attempts. It began with Yoshi pulling out a blackboard to outline what he was going to do, and it ended with Yoshi finally succeeding by impaling Baby Mario with the nose of a fighter jet piloted by him that ended up crashing into a wall.
I tried looking it up on Newgrounds, Youtube, and even Flashpoint, but I haven't been able to find the one I was thinking about.
Edited by CardboardLuigiopenDiminish ARG community website. Web Original
Some time ago this new You Tube series called Diminish (Tv Tropes page here
) started. I discovered said series thanks to Nexpo (I think it was him). Around that time I could also swear that a Google Doc (or similar like that) was created that analized each episode exhaustively (like the one done for Catastrophe Crow).
Does anybody have a link to said Google Doc or am I crazy and it actually never existed? Thanks in advance.
Edited by megagutsmanopenResponse to Game Theory Web Original
I remember a response video to the Mat Pat's video about Five Nights at Freddy's 3 possibly in the style of Cinema Sins. The opening joke was MatPat sitting in a closet was about being "in the closet" and he also made a note of Mat's contradictory claims (first saying the purple guy's device is not a phone, later saying "suspiciously phone-like"). Another video of the same channel made fun of the "holding a phone" by trying to run with a corded phone and being stopped by the length of the cord.
The response received a response video of it's own. The gay joke had a "does not make Mat Pat gay" reply.
Edited by randomtroper89openNot really a work but a character from what I think an old Nickelodeon website. (SOLVED)! Web Original
So I looking for an image of a creepy baby that if I remember was said to be from an old Nick site. The baby was looking to the left and is peering from the right. Had creepy eyes and such. First found it in a KYM image that was in response to a porn spambot. I couldn't remember the name though. Thought it was "Yammers" but I could be wrong.
Anyone know who it is?
Edited by WarioGuyopenAnimatic pilot about a naughty girl who meets ghosts Web Original
I think it was a You Tube pilot about this teenage girl who had a naughty personality, and somewhere in the short she's in like a house full of ghosts or something, I also remember a guy (I think wore glasses) in the short. That's all I pretty much remember. I watched it back in like 2019-2020. Can anybody tell me what this is?
openUndertale fanvideo Web Original
I don't remember anything about the video itself, only that there is no Undyne, and at the end of the video there's a bunch of text-to-speech voices going "Where the hell is Undyne bring us fish lady bring us fish lady sexyfishsexyfishsexyfish". The video was probably from 2016 or earlier.
Edited by HqamiopenConversions of TV show footage into a compressed format Web Original
I've been trying to figure out these weird videos done by this guy. They involved him playing clips from TV shows played through some software that compressed them with almost 8 bit-looking video and ridiculously sped-up audio. What I remember most is him playing a conversion of the Sponge Bob intro (IIRC he may have also done one for the intro for the original Thunder Cats). Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
openYouTube video about the current state of animation. Web Original
I remember a few years ago I watched a video on You Tube talking about the current state of modern animated movies. This was an English video, I might say American English, and was released between or after the hate-train that was the Emoji Movie (So, 2016-2017). I remember specifically that it was a video in the style of the Krusty Krab Training Video. I vividly remember that the beginning of the video was a parody of the Emoji Movies trailer (and the whole film in general) where instead of emojis there were Grey blobs and a product placement robot. The intro parody was called "The generic movie" if I remember correctly. The title was along the lines of "How to make your own modern animated movie" or something.
