openHelp finding a website about bad movies Web Original
There was this site that's now obsolete but still available on the wayback machine. I found it a while back but can't remember the name or URL to search for it. The name was something like "(name starting with "S")'s World Of Really Awful Movies", and he rated how bad the movies were on a scale of 1 to 4 black cats or something like that.
edit: SOLVED I just found it, it's Severen's world of really awful movies.
(you need to wayback machine to look at it though.
openYoutube video about the elements Web Original
From 2007?-2009ish, I looked up many videos of Tom Lehrer's The Elements. One video I found that was not related to Tom Lehrer was this one skit which starts off with Doc Brown showing up in a De Lorean. He asks this 20-30something guy (or guys, there might have been two) for plutonium. The guy(s) looks for other elements, and for silicon he found someone with silicone implants. At the end, one of the people says "I'll just go with sillicon" or something like that. Someone also says something like "What about Uranium, it's named after Uranus"
Edited by jgrif57003openNewgrounds Animations Web Original
This was a Newgrounds animation. Two characters are fleeing a smoke/blob monster which may or may not have been purple. It appears they are fleeing it on a Giant tree of some sort. They then fight the monster in an abandoned vilage in the tree. I feel like it was sometime in the last 4 years.
Edited by jjjj2openTwo videos in a reaction vid Web Original
In this reaction video
, Craig is watching clips. The first one at 0:15 shows an old man take in a dog and return him to his owners. The second one at 4:22 shows a young boy being raised by his father, and at the end the boy realises his father is actually blind. If anybody could help me find the original videos, it would be much appreciated.
openTerrible Lion King Acapella Web Original
Years ago, I saw this video in You Tube of an adult group, maybe five or six people, singing an a capella cover of The Circle of Life. They were all wearing either differently colored really bright shirts, or vests. Here’s the important part - they were TERRIBLE. It’s been at least 10 years, and I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I’m talking about, and have a link?
openWeird YT video with both CGI and live action Web Original
Tried Reddit for this one but no luck so far (even though that might be where I found it in the first place).
I saw this video a year or two ago; it began with a render of an apartment complex, like those visualisations used to present an upcoming building. We see inside one of the apartments itself, and I think there may have been a TV on the wall.
The video then cuts to a desert, a real satellite image this time, and zooms in on one of the large crosses used as part of the Corona satellite programme, built into the desert in Arizona. It was a Reddit thread mentioning these which reminded me of the video again.
The next part of the video takes place mostly in live action, either on one of the Corona crosses or a military base/runway. It's a kind of performance dance thing, with some corny CGI effects and green screen. I think the video would sometimes cut away to old footage of something, though I can't remember what.
I think the theme of the video had something to do with surveillance, with the whole satellite thing and, though this might be me misremembering, eyeball masks on some of the dancers. I remember being both intrigued and bored by the video at the same time, and it seemed to drag on for about ten minutes. The video ended back at the CGI apartment with the television, and then panned away from the buildings as it had done at the start.
I think the artist had a website or something that you could visit for more information. The whole thing was a very surreal experience and I'd love to find it again. I'm 90% certain this wasn't some weird dream I had and this thing is out there somewhere. The video was definitely more of an art project than some kind of meme video. I've tried searching many combinations of key words but all I'm getting is conspiracy stuff.
openYoutuber Web Original
I'm trying to find a youtube channel. The person goes by Jenn, is Australian and made a bunch of videos about their work in retail (stuff customers say to me). They had some videos with the theme "what not to do". For example, what not to do on the bus, what not to do as a customer, etc. I also think that they liked to say jellyfish in their videos. I think this person is LGBTQ.
It is possible that they deleted their channel.
Can anyone please help?
Thanks :)
openVERY recent short clip about a genie driving a taxi Web Original
I was watching Hulu (or maybe youtube) not two days ago as of this writing when an ad cropped up. It was a comedy skit of a man having a taxi (maybe an uber?) ride. The driver was an older black man and the two got to talking, and the conversation eventually got to the realization that the driver was a genie. The man promptly wished to get back with his girlfriend (who dumped him after coming to terms with the fact she preferred other women). Queue "I can't do love" from the genie/driver. Eventually he asked the man if he was willing to do "anything" it took to get her back. After saying yes, the man was told to close his eyes and count to 10... after which he was turned into a woman. The cabbie said it was the best he could do, and the (ex) man was perfectly okay with this outcome, and the clip ended with him declaring "She's going to love this!"
It gave me a solid laugh and I wanted to show some friends of mine, but by the time my attention was focused on it... whatever indication of what this clip (live action by the way) was from was gone. A quick search has led to one similar clip (kind of) but definitely not the exact clip. I'm guessing by its length and setup(about 3 minutes) it wasn't from a series or anything, but even still I have no idea where I can watch it again. Any help would be appreciated.
openUndertale fanfic; post-game where monsters are enslaved by humans and it focuses on an OC and Sans Web Original
I'm looking for an Undertale fanfic where monsters were enslaved by the human race after coming out of the Underground. The main character is an OC and the fic starts with them seeing a slave owner abusing his slave (Sans) and they buy him off of the guy to save him. They actually got fired from their job for this because they were anti-slavery (MC never told their workplace about rescuing Sans before this).
I remember reading it on Archive of Our Own, but I don't remember the rating.
Edit: It wasn't a recent fic, maybe between 2015-2017 it was uploaded.
Edited by KToonzopenShort Fantasy Story about Group of AntoHeroes Web Original
A short story I read online a few years ago - a group of Heroes in Name Only are going to defeat the evil dictator who rules their land. It begins in an inn where they’re staying, and they’ve stolen from and/or murdered someone else in the inn under some pretense of them being fugitives or something. When they get to the Overlord, it’s revealed that he’s actually a wise and benevolent ruler, and most of the hatred towards him is because of racial prejudice, and his reforms for tolerance. He’s some kind of orc or something, and one of the group brings up that he eats worms, and he says “speak for yourself, flesh-eater!” I want to find it again cause I can’t remember how it ends!
openThe Intrepid Drug-Addicted Italian Siblings! Web Original
I remember seeing a Dark Parody of Super Mario Bros. somewhere in Youtube that runs with the popular "Everything was a hallucination
" theory. I can't remember which channel it was from (Dorkly? Scott Falco? I don't know), but it was about Luigi having nightmares where he and his brother are former plumbers turned wizened, drug-addicted hobos living on the Wrong Side of the Tracks, where Toads are lamps lying around on the floor, "Power-Ups" are drug tablets, Peach is an ugly prostitute, Bullet Bills are regular cars, many other characters are other poor vagabonds living around the area, etc. Then it turns out that those "nightmares" were actually brief moments of reality where all those things are what they appear, and Luigi reallly is a drug addict whose bright, happy-go-lucky hallucinations have just begun to wear off.
openBurger Game, In Space. Web Original
It was on Playpink or a similar website. The setting? A burger joint set in space and there were machines for making the burgers, for the fries and for the drinks and also for things like ‘toys’. I recall the customers being alien-children or aliens in general, and the waitress/guide character was basically a futuristic anime-esque woman who looked a bit like the protagonist from Space Channel 5.
openChild Reviewer. Web Original
A Youtube channel with a child reviewer (technically a child or preteen with a review channel) named Schmidtty Schmdit and he did a video where he compared the live-action Dr Seuss movies and did a Russian accent (albeit a bad one but a Russian accent nonetheless) when mocking Jim Carrey's Grinch voice. Also he wore a Darth Vader mask in one of his episodes (a voice-changing one). I can't find any of his videos.
openScreamer That Is A Searching Game. Web Original
It is a game on a website where you have to look for a ghost, specifically the ghost of Elvis and the place you have to look for him is a garden. You have only his voice to go by and when you get close enough, this loud scream or growl is heard and a monstrous face pops up on screen, it is a late 2000's site/game and also a Screamer.
openHarry Potter YTP? Web Original
I'm trying to find a Harry Potter YouTube Poop that I can't remember very well. The only thing I remember concretely is a scene from Goblet of Fire being remixed to have Dumbledore shout "I LOVE BEER!" after stuttering. Does anybody know this YTP?
openA video about a woman shrinking until she is just a head and feet Web Original
I swear, back in 2012 or 2013, if you searched up “My microwave is a shrink ray” on You Tube, the video would be there, the video consisted of, you guessed it, a woman shrinking and getting shorter until she is just a head with feet, all while she is talking about being tall and her current height while she’s shrinking. I remember seeing this video in 2012 or 2013, and now I can’t find it anymore, I think it got deleted.
If you find the video, please send me a link.
openOrange and Emo Square Web Original
this one was an extremely simple animation from the mid 2000's. It looked like it could have been made with microsoft paint. it was about a joyous orange talking to a morose black square. does anyone else remember this video?

Not a lot to go on because I can only remember one thing. But it was a live action TV show or web original with sci fi elements. The bit I remember barely is one of the main characters is watching a creature they have trapped and the character (an anxious man) is reporting back on it's capture, saying something like "It has chosen to implement psychological warfare by repeatedly cutting off it's own head to intimidate me" or something similar. I have no idea about anything else besides the fact that it has very good, modern, witty wordplay, and I found this bit VERY funny. Thanks if you know what the hell I am talking about
