I've been trying to remember an old anime so I can show it to my brother; it aired sometime around 2005 to 2007, probably. It was a mecha anime from what I can remember and the mecha were as tall as buildings and fought each other on the ground. They were piloted from a room in the head with wires attached to the pilot (they were just standing up and moving the mecha by moving their own body). There's also another piece of information that was the reason why I wanted to show this to my brother; the only episode I watched included a horse mecha. And it was piloted by an actual horse, and another mecha piloted by a human rode on it. It was pretty hilarious. Does this ring a bell for anyone?

I'm looking for (what I think is) a manga. It was yuri genre, something to do with a school where the girls are wielded as weapons by the guys and suffer for it and this one girl decides to take a stand and becomes a fighter as well. I remember reading that it had some similarities to Utena, but searching for manga inspired by that turns up nothing.

This was an anime short film I found on demand on the anime channel, on my TV. I don't remember the name, it was one word, and was in Japanese I believe, but involved a boy on a school trip who comes across a white deer, who takes him on an adventure, and I'm not sure if the white deer is the girl, but he also meets a girl/robot who goes on his adventure with him. Vic Mignogna was a voice actor in it, that's all I can say. FOUND IT. It's called Coicent.

So I watched this Anime on Youtube, like a year ago, it had three Main Characters a chick, one black haired guy I think and One silver haired one. The silver haired one wasn't very important in the one episode I saw. So the dark haired guy and the girl met some chick who turned out to be a ghost that was haunting the guy she was gonna marry before she died. They have convos with her trying to get her to leave and in the end a house blows up in which the soon-to-be husband was. I know this isn't much info, coz most Animes have a plot similar to what I've described but I really wanna know what it's called! Thx!

I'm trying to remember the name of an anime. The plot was that there was a sort of hollow planet with the different kingdoms spread across the inner surface. In the center, one kingdom acted as the sun, revolving around and shedding light on each kingdom in turn. The sun was beginning to lose power, though, so the two tiny princesses of the sun kingdom had to figure out a way to revive it.
Any ideas?

When I was a kid, my babysitter used to put on toonami when it got late, and sometimes I'd catch this one movie that really sticks out in my head. There are a few scenes that I remember. In one, a woman is crying becuase one of her friends is hurt, and a monster takes one of her tears and tastes it, declaring it to be "only salt water". In another, a man with glasses gives a young guy a pair of seeds off of a tree that is shaped like a woman, and I think maybe the glasses guy opened his shirt to reveal machinery (or weird organic growthes?) or something equally outlandish. Maybe a submarine or ship is involved, definently the ocean plays a part. Can someone tell me the name of this thing?

There was a uh. I think he was more or less a quiet guy, and he had a gun that kind of had a revolver loading chamber. He would put uh, different elements or. Ah it's hard to explain. He had little capsules that he could load into his gun, which would mix. Like Earth and fire or something like that, and then it would be a big attack that would finish off the enemy. Can't remember what the enemy was for some reason. Anyone?

More of a review than anything else. It's a guy counting down his top favorite arcs or episodes of DBZ. One of them was Vegeta and Nappa on a bug planet, and he pretended that Garlic Junior was his favorite, only to subvert it. I found it on Youtube, and I'd really like to see it again. Does anyone have any ideas?

I remember this Anime Movie on Adult swim. It was really almost like a horror movie with kids in it. Basically all the kids were playing a giant game of hide and seek, but there was a monster chasing and killing the kids. The 'monster' was this Chinese style looking dragon, you know the ones they have at fairs, that have people in it making it move.
And I remember a lot of them were wearing fox masks and they were playing in a Tokyo style city at night. And at the end it turns out that the kids that 'lost' were being used as 'batterys' if that makes any sense.
I was pretty young when I saw it first, so 2000-2005 give or take.

One of the few animes I've watched. I'm pretty sure it was a series, and not a stand-alone movie. I watched it about 16 years ago but it could have been already old then.
It was about a group of friends who had somehow travelled far in the past or perhaps to another planet, where dinosaurs co-existed with advanced humans. There was a kind of church who were the villains, and a crazy old scientist who had a machine that could help them travel back, powered by some things like huge batteries (perhaps the size of a banana). One of their company betrayed them at some point (a blond guy) and the ending was that they had to use 15 of these battery-things to destroy a meteor and so they couldn't go back home, until they realised that the boss of the church was a robot powered by one such battery, which they used.

I think it was on Adult Swim on cartoon network, it was probably an anime.
There was a little girl who wanted to kill herself. She seemed happy and cheerful but she wanted to commit suicide. She wore a backpack of some kind of cute animal, I think it was pink. I mostly remember her traveling somewhere and along the way I think some man mentioned it was odd that she wanted to die because she was so young.
I think the smiling creature on the backpack was some sort of symbol. Anyone who had that backpack/creature wanted to kill themselves. At the end there was the cute pink creature standing in a field and it was very tall. It was surrounded by people in a circle, it was much taller than the people. I think they might have been wearing the backpacks aswell. Then I think the people fell down (dead?). I'm pretty sure they were all smiling. Then the creature might have fallen and laid in the field and it ended.
Does anyone know what this is? I saw it years ago and it really creeped me out.

I am vaguely remembering an anime I saw part of on some occasions in my childhood. It was one of the ones that was played ad infinitum on the Sci-Fi Channel back when that was still a primary source of anime in the US. Details are sketchy, but I think it had an all-female or primarily female cast, and took place (at least in part) on a spaceship, and one of the characters might have been a spy/double-agent/saboteur for the enemy.

In this one, a teen-ish guy who apparently is a part of some military outfit gets trapped by an enemy in a simulation wherein his deceased girlfriend is still alive, forcing a like-aged female compatriot to venture into this and get him out—they sort of get along, sort of fight. This episode played comedically for the most part, don't know about the rest of the series. This apparently was not the first ep.
Later on in the ep, some fanservice hits. A more warrior-like female character enters the simulation along with a more level-headed guy because the crisis/premise situation is kicking up again and they need them back. The pervy teen who originally got trapped realizes his power over the situation and mind-strips the two ladies (their clothes fade away)—-seconds before he is Naru-punched by both. It may be 'his' dream, but he can feel pain.
