Can something be considered a Thanatos Gambit if part of the gambit relies on the character coming back to life?

I'm writing a fanfic set in the world of SAO and wondering whether I'm allowed to add a tropes page for it. Is that something that I, the author of the work, am allowed to do? Or can only fans make a page?

Okay, so this has been going on for a little while on the Tortall Universe page, but a troper named Eegah keeps adding things, usually negative ones, and they've been getting progressively more nitpicky. They're all from discussions on Mark Does Stuff; for those unfamiliar Mark blind-reads things with no spoilers whatsover, so Eegah often adds things under, say, Unfortunate Implications that are contradicted by events later in the book. Or saying that a character having his memory edited by a god-thing is just like C-3PO getting his entire memory wiped in Star Wars.
(Also, he never uses the namespace.)
Is this a thing I / someone should PM him about or should I just let it go?

In The Dresden Files, crime boss Johnny Marcone has a chief bodyguard/enforcer called Hendricks, and I'm not sure whether or not Hendricks is The Dragon or The Brute.
On the one hand, Hendricks is Marcone's most trusted and relied-upon underling, privy to his boss' agendas and even a number of his secrets. When Marcone needs something done discretely, he turns to Hendricks, and in all of the times we've seen Marcone in the books, Hendricks is his Number Two.
On the other hand, Hendricks is still just a thug. Even though Marcone trusts and relies upon him, Hendricks isn't an underboss and he has no real authority unless he's relaying Marcone's orders.

capretty blanked a page a long time ago (2012) - Literature.Abandon Series - has it been moved, and had they been talked to at the time? I've restored the page for now, I'm just wondering whether they moved it to a better page.

Seeking commentary on Amarus Cameron's edit on Prolecto. I am inclined to revert it, seeing as I can't see a legitimate reason for that edit.

Yesterday, Kadorhal un-wicked the book entries in Jack Ryan that were redlinks because there's not yet an article. I sent him a PM explaining that wiki policy is to leave works links red on both work and trope pages to a) encourage people to make the page, and b) so trope lists have a ready target if/when the work page goes live.
I was about to change the edits back based on that, but realized that I'm not actually sure where that policy is stated... or if it even is a policy, and I'm not just misremembering something.
Is there such a policy, and where (if anywhere) can it be found?

For some reason, YMMV.Twilight has many non-YMMV tropes listed. Why is that so? It feels like someone was trying to get around the fact that Examples Are Not Arguable.

Kakai
has grammar issues, with all the most recent edits being difficult to read. I can't remember for certain but I think I PMed them about it once before the form letter PMs came into effect.
Also, found earlier this month they completely re-did the description for Literature.Safehold which myself and another troper had to clean up, and changed the page image for Literature.Apprentice Adept. I'm not necessarily opposed to the change of description (unless there's a procedure for that which wasn't followed) but the grammar issues are in there, too. The page image was just to a smaller version of the image already present, which I think is allowable w/o an image pickin' thread post, but mentioning it to be on the safe side.
EDIT: Yeah, I did PM Kakai about this back in early June and it was a form-letter PM.

Hrothmeir blanked EHUD Prelude To Apocalypse with the edit reason "Removed content at the request of work's author."
The namespace is also wrong but that's an issue for later.

Edit war brewing on William Shakespeare
.
Achaemenid recently edited the introductory paragraph of William Shakespeare to expand "Possibly the greatest writer in the history of his language." to "Possibly the greatest writer in the history of his language, and a serious contender for the title of best writer in any language."
I reverted this with the reason: "No pointless gushing, please. There are countless writers in hundreds of languages other than English, you know.",
whereupon Achaemenid re-edited it to "Possibly the greatest writer in the history of his language, and one of the greatest in history period." (Edit reason: "Address what was actually said next time.")
Which is a tad better than the first edit because it is slightly less confrontative (but then again, it's worse because of the "period"). I still think it's needlessly gushy. Who is the "greatest writer" or even "one of the greatest writers" is inherently subjective and answers to "who is the greatest writer in history?" are best left to Celebrity Deathmatch.
The annoying thing is that it doesn't actually tell you something about Shakespeare; it just tells you what you should think about Shakespeare. I find that tedious and patronizing. If I would know nothing about Shakespeare, I would much prefer someone trying to convince me to like Shakespeare, not to inform me that Shakespeare is "one of the greatest writers in history", and that I should share this opinion lest smart people consider me a dumbass.
But since it would be an Edit War for me to revert Achaemenid's edit once again, I am referring it to the hive mind.

I screwed up the edit history on Did You Just Romance Cthulhu?
. I must have hit enter too early, but the strange thing is that my edit was sent ten times instead of once. I don't know why, but in any case, the edit history is now cluttered with my edit(s). It's more a nuisance than a problem, but maybe a moderator can make the useless null edits disappear?

In Dead Fic someone went and removed all of the examples that have outgoing links with a note that says "outside linked fanfics removed - this is not a place to plead for authors to continue." The point of the links is to serve as proof that that the fics are in fact dead and deleting these entries takes out 80% of the examples. Is there a way to undo this edit? It would take hours to manually put back in the deleted examples.

I've never touched The Immortals Series, but I've noticed that the description on its page contains (negative) quality judgement. Could anyone, hopefully someone familiar with the work, take a look at it and fix it?

Could we add Twilight back to The Three Faces Of Eve
?
