openFound a page that needs a revert Literature

openAre there more books like this trope? Literature
I am looking for tropes that revolve around a guy who is kind of a vain, boyish person but is also very lovable and has many redeeming qualities. The most appropriate book that comes to mind is To All the Boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han. Peter Kavinsky is the perfect example. Can anyone tell me if there are more characters like him? What is his trope?
openCan I add a list of all the plot holes of this story? Literature
I have read the book, and made this synopsis divided by chapters. This story is infamous for having lots of inconsistencies and plot holes. Can I list such plot holes in this page?
openMaking heroes Literature
HELLO!! I just discovered this website today and i love it!....in trying to come up with a unique way to give a good number of the population superpowers in a modern day setting, i came up with the idea to have an isolated group of people "discovered". Does this sound like a workable idea? if so what details could i add in order to make the idea of an isolated group of super powered people go undetected for so long? and how much time would it take before they seamlessly co exists with the rest of humanity? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
Edited by xos3open ressurection or reincarnation after death Literature
The Philip Jose Farmer series "Riverworld" depicted an after life where people were reincarnated or resurrected on another planet as their original selves. I would like to know if the series was the first in printed fiction that explored this concept.

I am planning to do projects about Brazilian and Portuguese Speaking media, more specifically Brazilian Literature and Films.

open new royalty girl in winter kingdom? Literature
Hello All, In an ideal world it would be a book about a girl who somehow becomes a queen/(some form of power position) and must rule in a winter land, with a night full of monsters and magic. She isn't sure who she can trust, etc. So I have a very specific tone for the book I'm requesting. I'm looking for a mix between 'The Little White Horse' and 'A Game of Thrones'. Now let me explain, I would like the beauty and suspense of TLWH and from GOT I would like only the north. By that I mean only the feeling of Winterfell and beyond the wall. I'm looking for some creepy/suspense/horror/beautiful/fantasy/magic book, preferably with a dash of romance. You will be my friend for life if you can find me this obscure wish book. (I feel like I should just write this myself heh). Thank you fantastical people!
openFirst Time Troper's New Pages Literature
After lurking for years, I finally made an account and created my first page or rather a set of pages relating to a single work. But, given that I am a new to editing, there is probably a whole slew of stuff I did wrong even though I read up as much as a could about the site's editing etiquette. Basically I suspect there are a lot of problems with these pages and I would like some help or some advice on getting them spiffy. Where should I go for assistance? Pages are here: Aeon Legion: Labyrinth Aeon Legion: Labyrinth Aeon Legion: Labyrinth Aeon Legion: Labyrinth

Edited by lalalei2001open Time traveling Dumbledore army Literature
so as shown in Harry POA Hogwarts and by extension Dumbledore has at least one time turners and apparently when they use a time turner they duplicate themselves I should also note that it is an established fact he is the only one Voldemort fears so with that in mind why doesn't he just create an army of himself i know in stories they say you seeing your future self will create a problem but whatever problem that is can't be worse than wizard hitler
openMutiny on the Bounty Literature
The situation:
There's a work page under the Literature namespace, for Mutiny on the Bounty. The page, as it happens, is pretty much entirely drawn from the 1935 and 1962 films—starring Clark Gable and Marlon Brando, respectively—which are loosely adapted from Mutiny on the Bounty, the first book in the Bounty trilogy of novels written by Nordhoff and Hall.
The thing is, though that there were three books in the Bounty trilogy, namely, Mutiny on the Bounty (the mutiny, duh), Men Against the Sea (voyage of Bligh and his loyalists in an open boat to Timor), and Pitcairn's Island (how it all went to shit for the mutineers on the island). I have obtained an old paperback copy of the trilogy.
What I'd like to do is, make a work page for the two films under the Film namespace. This would require breaking a redirect as the Film link currently redirects to the current Literature article. I'd like to make a new page for the literature trilogy, probably under name The Bounty Trilogy.
Is this possible?
Edited by jamespolkopenQuestionable, potentially politically-motivated edit. Literature
On August 26, Tin Man made the following edit on the Advise & Consent page:
- Harsher in Hindsight: In the later novels Capable of Honor and Preserve and Protect, the strawman liberal media does everything they can to steer the course of the presidential primaries, including writing outright lies about Orrin Knox, covering up violent acts by the supporters of Ted Jason, and colluding with Jason's campaign. Seemed like a typical Strawman Political rant by Allen Drury, until the 2016 election rolled around and documents leaked by WikiLeaks proved collusion between the DNC and the media to undermine Senator Bernie Sanders' campaign for the Democratic nomination, while giving favorable coverage to Hillary Clinton.
That *really* doesn't seem to pass the smell test to me, not least because covering up acts of violence is not the same as giving one candidate favorable coverage. And wasn't discussion of Clinton supposed to be taboo anyway?

Edited by FighteeropenTurning a single work page into a Series/Franchise page? Literature
So there are a series of stories by Jonathon L. Howard (which we'll call The Johannes Cabal series for lack of a better title). It consists of four, soon to be five novels and several short stories. While the first three novels have work pages of their own already, how do I go about making a single page for the series as a whole? What kinds of tropes do I give examples for on that page, instead of on the specific novel pages?
Would I then keep the Crowners/YMMV/WMG stuff on their own pages for each novel, or put them all under one for the series as a whole?
I had the general idea of describing stuff from the short stories on such a singular franchise page, since they tend to be too small for individual work pages, but I don't know if even that's right. I apologize if this has been addressed somewhere before-I can make pages, and Crosswick well enough but indexing and sorting of this kind has never been my strong suit.
openAdd Rainbow Magic to the trope Cash Cow Franchise Literature
Hello, I have a small question about a British book series I used to read when I was little. Would the Rainbow Magic books be considered part of the trope Cash Cow Franchise? The books have been long running since 2003, but the plots are repetitive (and seem to be running out of ideas, which is why I grew out of it) and it seems to be made just to make more revenue. So would Rainbow Magic qualify for the Cash Cow Franchise trope? From Cilanfangirl
I'm thinking about making a page for an Older Than Print creator, but the trouble is that they suffer from a severe case of Spell My Name With An S.
On the basis of this, would one of these spellings be considered "more official" than another, or can I just pick one?
