The page on natter said that responding to points in a forum-y way was okay on the headscratchers page of an article, but not the main page. What about the YMMV page? It seems to leave that unclear. I assumed it was fine since I've seen that so much, but I wonder if I may have been wrong.

Wind Lines was launched prematurely. The format for the page is really bad (I fixed it a little but it still has neither folders nor all-caps, no index, no page type, no related tropes, bad indentation, bad work name formatting, and only 8 examples.
It was launched today. Its YKTTW here shows only 2 hats, but 4 tags saying it needed more work before launching.

What do I do if a troper makes an incorrect edit, but I don't want to start an Edit War or accuse that person of vandalism?
In this case, The Rogue Penguin edited the Main Wreck It Ralph page's the nick namer trope because he thinks Vanellope said "Gladice" not "GLaDOS". History here: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/article_history.php?article=Disney.WreckItRalph

The troper Mr Death removed a large section of the Heartwarming.Manly Guys Doing Manly Things page, with the edit reason "This is Crowning Moment of Heartwarming. Not "list every moment where anyone is vaguely friendly to someone else." " I sent a PM explaining that we don't get to decide what other people find heartwarming (or funny, or awesome, or sad), noting that people get banned for this sort of thing, and added the section back. He replied with a reiteration of his previous edit reason, and pulled it again. So now I'm bringing it up here.

I periodically find disambiguation pages wicked to Work Pages In Main. Do I remove the links, or does the disambiguation pages nature as an attractor of errant wicks mean those disambigs should stay on Work Pages In Main?

Hey, does anybody know what's up with the page Main.Ryuuzaburou Otomo ? It used to be an actor page, but recently it got blanked out without an edit reason, by Orihime.
There are also no wicks or inbounds on this, which is what makes me ask if it was scheduled to be cut or something.

So Moral Event Horizon is YMMV, and it's also stated on the page that a character can't cross it more than once. Okay, so if someone puts a Moral Event Horizon entry on a page, and then later I see it and think to myself "this character crossed it earlier", what is the proper course of action? Normally I would just put the examples next to each other, but Moral Event Horizon is supposed to just be crossed once.
Additionally, I understand that my idea of the Moral Event Horizon requires significantly more series context than the other person's, so I can understand why someone else would disagree with me.

The ykttw draft to Action Guy mentions it was aleady launched but the Action Guy page is empty. Can someone explain this, please?

I tried to edit Hero Killer on my mobile device, but the keyboard is malfunctioning and I couldn't get the precision needed. When I tried it on my computer, it said kiapet had edit lock and I couldn't edit until later. I was logged in as kiapet at the time! Is there any way I can fix this or do I just have to wait? I know by the time I get a response the lock will probably be off anyway, but I have this problem a lot when I'm editing since I mainly visit on my mobile device.

(Unrelated to the other query of mine on this page.)
Hi there, folks! Quick question...
I noticed there's a tendency to give Funny Moments, Nightmare Fuel, and other Subjective Tropes their separate subpages despite the length of the examples listed. What I mean is, sometimes even a short example is considered "too much" and given its own subpage, despite said example is a barely noticeable line in the YMMV tab for a work.
Case in point: NightmareFuel/NewSuperMarioBros2, the latest I've come across.
I'm here to ask for permission to move these pages to the NF tab for their own franchise (NightmareFuel/SuperMarioBros in the case of the above example) or, provided the franchise doesn't have a NF-gathering subpage, back to the YMMV tab. I would have done it without asking, but it would have come off as a way to start an Edit War.
This could also result in a good cleanup if other tropers agree to provide a collaborative effort.
Thanks in advance for reading and, maybe, giving this query an answer.

atupomaruru has just recreated a P5-cut work; edit history shows an attempt to do the same five months earlier.
If trying to log into TV Tropes on a separate device, do I need to create a new account? If not, how do I find out what my password is?
