Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

Okay, I'm wondering ic I cna start up a quotes page for My Little Pony Equestria Girls Rainbow Rocks to compile the lyrics for the songs. (and before people say no because Quote pages don't have lyrics, I'd like to point you to this page)

In Adventure Time episode "Susan Strong", Finn encounters a bunch of people that have apparently been living in an underground vault for God-knows-how-long. He teaches one of them the word "Sun", but she has trouble with the word. Soon afterward he asks her what her name is, but she's still struggling with the word, and replies, "Suh... Sun." Finn interprets this as "Susan", and the name sticks.
Would that be (A) an unusual variation of a Line-of-Sight Name, (B) a different trope, or (C) nothing, and I'm just retarded?

What's the policy on Awesome Music listings, in regards to where they're placed? I commented out an example on Aladdin until what time this was clarified:
- Awesome Music: All-around.
Plus, it smacks of a ZCE to me.

I know that the proper format for a series and its episodes is, series title in italic, episode title in "quotes".
However, I've seen some confusion reigning about how it should apply to theatrical cartoons part of a bigger set, like the Classic Disney Shorts, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, etc.
Some put the series title into italics and the individual cartoon in quotes, as if they would be episodes of a modern TV series. Other put the individual titles in italic, considering them independant works, which I guess would leave the main series title italic-less.
What is the proper way to do it? Should Classic Disney Shorts, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, etc., be italicized or not?

Chip Goff Of ROR unilaterally moved WesternAnimation.Transformers Robots In Disguise to WesternAnimation.Transformers Robots In Disguise 2015 (blanking the original page in the process) despite there being discussion
with no one agreeing to it.
I've reverted the change and am turning the new page into a redirect (or should I cutlist it?), but I thought I'd mention it here.

The formatting for the examples of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic on "Magic A" Is "Magic A" appears... off, but I can't put my finger on it. Help?

Under Comedic Sociopathy on Peter Pan:
- Comedic Sociopathy: Watching Hook fight for his life against the crocodile by all means shouldn't be funny. But somehow, it is. VERY funny.
- Probably because the scenes between Hook and the Croc are essentially a Tom and Jerry or Road Runner cartoon. The latter had debuted only four years earlier.
Should "Tom and Jerry" and/or "Road Runner" be italicized in that context (e.g. cartoony chase scene or comical Failure Is the Only Option moment)?

Would it be a good idea to add Oogie Boogie's character to the Knight of Cerebus page for Western Animation for The Nightmare Before Christmas since he was the only Halloween town character who actually wants to harm other people?

I'd imagine this is handled already, but just in case: Thread necromancy just for bashing
. Not to mention demonstrating an amazing lack of reading comprehension, due to thinking Peteman was the one complaining.

I saw this description on Adventures of the Gummi Bears page and I was wondering if this should be allowed on this page:
At the most uncharitable, you could call this series Disney's late answer to The Littl' Bits (The Little Bits coming out in 1980; this came out in 1985), but it's more accurate to call it Disney's attempt to show how to do the premise right. Apart from obviously lavish animation, the series addressed the major complaints of Tatsunoko's series and the basic ideology of the 1980s; for instance, individuality is celebrated in proper proportion to the value of cooperation and the primary characters are far more nuanced with carefully considered flaws and strengths. Furthermore, the female characters avoid The Smurfette Principle, with multiple characters with strong well-defined personalities who bow to no one.
I brought this up because I'm not sure if this information really does pertain to the show exactly and it sounded it bit like a personal statement about the 1980s rather than the show itself. But, I was wondering if this should be removed or is it fine where it is?

- Cartoon Crossover/Ink Suit Actors: Every episode involved one or both of these.
- Jonathan Winters provides one in his episode by bringing in one of his other characters.
I don't know how to properly account for the fact that celebrities weren't the only people that made guest appearances on the show, so I commented out the example until I knew what to do with it, if anything.

Going by the trope's definition, would the following example fit it enough, or is it Square Peg Round Trope?
* We Want Our Jerk Back!: Half the CHS students cheer after Sunser Shimmer tackles Rainbow Dash during her guitar solo, thinking Sunset had dropped the charade.
Flash Sentry: Now that's the bad girl we love to hate!
Octavia Melody: I knew she was still trouble!
random student: (off-screen) The real Sunset Shimmer is back!

Before someone sends me a PM on the matter, what are some suggestions you guys have in terms of indexing Disney Sing-Along Songs? Any input would be most appreciated. Thanks!

I was wondering if it's okay to add a Nightmare Fuel page for Rabbit Ears Productions. Since Rabbit Ears Productions is a company that created several stories, would it be right to add all the scary bits that happens in each story onto that page instead of giving each story their own page, since they are apart of one company?

I tried to make a headscratchers page for the Hub's Pound Puppies but it didn't work. I wasn't sure how to write the link because other headscrathers were not all written the same. and I also thought to make a headscratcher for Wild West CO Woys Of Moo Mesa. how should I write the links?

I need a bit of a clarification. If there is an apology that is accepted, it's specifically Easily Forgiven and thus a Karma Houdini entry is not needed, right? I ask this because in Friendship Is Magic: Expanded Universe, I took out the Karma Houdini entry under Sunset Shimmer, only for another troper to put it back, saying redundancy is not grounds for removing a trope.
