Any reason why Our Friends in the North is locked for editing? I'd quite like to start a page on this classic British drama series- and even if it hadn't starred a future Doctor and a future Bond it would be deserving of one! Could someone with the power to do so please unlock it? Thanks!

on https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/YMMV/ScreamQueens2015
, there's an Edit War between two tropers over wether or not Chanel #2 is a Scrappy. I don't know if the page must be locked or if the tropers must be warned.

There's what looks to be a bit of an Edit War happening on the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. page, on the subject of Grant Ward. NEX7
added something, someone deleted it, NEX7 added it again, someone else deleted it...this looks like it has the potential to go on for a while.

Series/NorthAndSouthUS is in flagrant violation of the custom title policy, displaying as "North and South (Trilogy)".

On Nov 1st, Epithumia added a mis-indented example to Space: 1999. I PMed her and corrected the entry. Today she added another example with incorrect indentation, and added a Trivia trope to the main page. I've corrected this, too, and PMed her again, but I'd like to mention it here in case her problems are persistent.

What's up with the (presumably) Custom Title Tōru Ōhira?
EDIT: The page quote too.

beebroox had been playing around with the image for Buffy the Vampire Slayer trying to find a better one. His past two were pretty good, but he's fussed over resolution. Might it be an idea to get a image picking discussion going to find what would be the best for, frankly, what started the whole site in the first place?

Ref. French Series.
I'm assuming this is only for shows from metropolitan (European) France?
I ask as I was about to add a show, but reflected that it's French-Canadian, from Quebec, even though it has screened on French TV.
Also, what would be the status of French-language shows from outside France - from Quebec, Switzerland or Belgium - would they go here?
Just checking.

Very long edit war on Anvilicious on the new Supergirl's
page. Started back in May, recently popped up again.
Basically, one person keeps putting in what amounts to a justifying edit. Other people keep trying to say "prove it." Edit reasons are getting a bit rude, too. Not great form all around.
Personally, I think it should stay gone. It's a Justifying Edit that doesn't really add any context to Anvilicious itself and it reeks of Examples Are Not Arguable.
Pulling to discussion for the moment.

Regarding MeridenCrow's rather numerous and odd-seeming edits to the Revolution page, are they of concern? I've noticed some indentation issues in a couple places, for example.

This one's gonna require some backstory. A few years back the makers of Kamen Rider did a little running numerical theme between a couple seasons. Each Rider series had a number that appeared in their name and used that number of devices in their Transformation Trinket. In that form the pattern existed for (maybe) Decade (10), whose belt fit one card; Double, whose belt fit two USB sticks; OOO (3 O's), whose belt fit three medals; and Fourze, whose belt fit four "switches". Depending on who you ask, they either stopped the pattern there or went underground with it, hiding subtle references to the number, first on the belt and then eventually wherever people could Fan Wank them (things like "Wizard's belt has a hand on it and hands have five fingers" and "Gaim uses locks and lock sounds like roku, the Japanese word for six)."
So entries like that were cluttering up the Fridge pages for the various seasons and we're deciding what to do with them over in the forum thread
but frankly most people aren't really interested in discussing it and it's hard to get a consensus, which is why I'm here. My favorite option is to either make a Just for Fun page for Kamen Rider to list all the farfetched theories or add it as an entry in the WMG page. I just want something centralized for the various seasons and I don't want it in a namespace where people go to learn about the shows. More opinions would be very appreciated. Thanks!

If Alan from Show A has a Captain Ersatz or Expy named Bob in show B, should Captain Ersatz or Expy be listed on Alan's show's page (or his character page as the case may be)?
For example on Mick Foley's page the Captain Ersatz example is of a character in Fire Pro Wrestling, and the Expy example is of Abyss in TNA, both of which are CE's or E's of Foley, not that Foley is the CE/E. Seen this several times on wrestlers' pages, especially Fire Pro Wrestling CE's.

So I'm planning on splitting The Daily Show into The Daily Show, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.
I've got sandboxes that I think are pretty much ready to go (in that they've got examples and descriptions, though they're a bit repetitive): Sandbox. The Daily Show, Sandbox. The Daily Show With Jon Stewart, Sandbox. The Daily Show With Trevor Noah.
My question is at that point can I pull the trigger on this? I'd rather do it sooner than later, as Trevor's run has started and the longer we wait, the more work we create for ourselves as people will add tropes we'll have to move.

I'm currently finishing the Go Ask Malice book and going over the Angel & Faith series, and thought to edit Faith's character page when I came across a Zero Context Example, Sugar-and-Ice Personality. I can think of a good description to add, but would this be the best trope to describe her? It's not that she's cold, in fact she's quite friendly and open, so I was wondering if there might be less of a Square Peg Round Trope to put in.

Doctor Who is locked but is not listed on Locked Pages.
So my question is - why is it locked? Is it because all the examples are on its subpages, and if so, why does that rule not apply to similar work pages?

There's a reference to The Gate That Will Not Be Named on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. I know the normally policy on that is kill it with fire, but since it was a topic specifically covered by the episode, does that also apply? (Maybe a "his episode about Thing was controversial and that's all we're saying because Rule Of Cautious Editing Judgment ?)

I see that the character page for Lost Girl has two entries labelled "Spolier Character". Now, I have only watched the three first seasons so I don't know these characters or why their very existence is considered a spolier, but I do know that blanking out the names of entire character folders is generally frowned upon.
Is there any reason to keep these "spoiler characters" or should the folders be renamed to the names of the characters?

On Save the Villain, the last two examples given for Xena Warrior Princess in Live Action TV, are, well, wrong. (Did not happen in the series at all.) I hesitate to delete it, however. (Not sure if I'm supposed to.)
