Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
Bump. Added an additional question.
Stars In The Trash: A very good indie game with some very good cats and dogsI think there's a cleanup thread for when videos don't illustrate the trope they're supposed to be illustrating.
I'm probably not the best person to ask since I don't pay much attention to video examples, but I'm pretty sure the report function is for when the video breaks the rules (such as if it contains Epileptic Flashing Lights), and not because the player doesn't work. I'd imagine problems with the video player would be better suited to bug reports if it's on the server's end, but I wouldn't rule out problems with playing the video being a browser-related issue.
You can't just say "perchance".The report button asks whether you like the video player itself. I have no idea if the mods see what gets typed in it.
Suddenly I'm... still rotating Fallen London in my mind even though I've stopped actively playing it.

What is the Report feature on the video player meant for reporting? Is it for each specific video, or for problems with the video player itself?
EDIT: If it is for each video, can we use this feature to report videos that don't fit the trope they're on? Or is it just for videos with inappropriate content or stuff like that?
