Spoony never really did comics, you might mean Atop The Fourth Wall by Linkara (he has collabed with Spoony before and they were/are friends). So your best bet would be to look through his extensive library of videos.
And it's been a hot minute since I've been up to date on AT 4 W, but I remember there was a comicbook about a superhero team busting into Bagdhad to kill Saddam Hussein and the psychic superhero says something like "I could have killed you from America with my telephathy, but wanted to do it in person."

So, I'm trying to remember this one superhero comic that's basically another Genre Deconstruction of superheroes, but it opens with a superhero just rolling up with an announcement that he just murdered the president and his reasons fall within the lines of "he wasn't doing a good job protecting the nation" or something. That's the most I can remember. I know it was featured on The Spoony Experiment.
