Your mama may have had eyes in the back of her head, but our admin team just can't see everything at once. It takes a village to make sure TVTropes is running the way it should, so when it comes to spotting tech snafus, dreaming up a better digital mousetrap, or just diagnosing plain old asshattery, the quicker you let us know something's up, the quicker we can address it. See a bug? Point to it and we'll squash it. Have idea for a new feature? Post in the Tech Wishlist.
NOTE: Do not post duplicate bug queries, please check existing queries to see if your issue has already been reported and then comment on it.
Yeah that didn't actually work◊. It's still showing as "[]".
Gonna go for a long-shot and request "[\\\\]". This will probably not work. But just to check.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. It didn't work, but I learned that just putting in the custom wikiword seems to null out the customization.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here. That's good to know, I think? We needed a way to do that for Capitalization reasons?
Note page: Bracketed Backslash

Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Bracketed Backslash now appears to show as, uh, nothing,

VideoGame/BracketedBackslash is now: "Bracketed Backslash".
Dot Test... VideoGame.Bracketed Backslash...
I suspect making the Custom match the base would fix it...
...
So, Bracketed B Ackslash... Capitalization matters.
So... if we wanna clear a capitalization, we need to put the Blanker at the exact one we want blanked.

Huh... the backslash is missing from here as well. So obviously I was wrong about the backslash nulling out the customization. Interesting quirk. Edited by crazysamaritan Link to TRS threads in project mode here.
Oh, yeah, backslashes in queries get interpreted as escape characters and eaten, so you have to double up if you want to actually use them.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.[=/=]... If that was a Custom title, would that be a slash or have the brackets and equals too?

I'm fairly sure I put in a custom title request for Bracketed Backslash to show as "[\]", but it's currently showing as "[]". (I've just sent in a request which I formatted as "[\\]", which hopefully cancels out and shows as intended? Still, it's weird that this is a thing that needs doing.)
