Stylistic Suck - Intentionally making something (anything) in the work low-quality. For example, a Show Within a Show.

Could sometimes be Offscreen Moment of Awesome if the Show Within a Show is said to have a massive budget and the most amazing battle scenes ever, but we never see one second of it.

Pac-Man Fever has a broad reach as far as video games being portrayed incorrectly in a show (too old, playing it wrong, wrong sounds, etc.).

if it's not stylistically bad, then a general Informed Attribute is at play; we're told it has a big budget but not shown. Take Our Word for It could apply in the same scenario as Offscreen Moment of Awesome
