Under Musical World Hypothesis, one of the scenarios is that everybody is musically talented and automatically knows the song lyrics.

Spontaneous Choreography covers singing as well as a dancing; the two often overlap and dancing is the more common aspect of it, but in musical form, knowing the lyrics to something that should feasibly be ad-libbing is still spontaneous choreography. but yeah it is still part of the musical world hypothesis regardless

True, but in my examples the music isn't spontaneous; they even announce the fact that they're going to sing, and it's all diegetic and natural...well, as natural as can be given the circumstances.
