Perhaps Tell Me How You Fight? It has broad coverage of "This character prefers to fight (in such and such a way), which means (such and such about their personality)."

This is mainly a Tabletop Game trope, but that's not an option. Is there a trope for when a race with magic powers would be good melee fighters, but see melee combat as beneath them. Example: Dungeons & Dragons has several monsters like this (the Phaerimm from Forgotten Realms, for example.) Usually the monsters in question have multiple arms that allow them to make several melee attacks per round, but prefer to cast spells (and can often cast more than one spell at once using their extra arms.)
