I think it's allowed under a "Meta" header.

There's a variety of things that have been lumped under the label "meta" on Moments pages, including fan content/reactions and creator commentary on the work. The former is definitely not allowed, but I'm not sure about the latter. Personally I don't see why it shouldn't be.

I dunno, as long as the commentary is about the comic, I think it's fine, but I personally put less scrutiny on funny moments pages.
