It was a flash game on armor games I'm pretty sure. You made decks from cards unlocked through grinding (or money) and it played somewhere between MTG and Sentinels of the Multiverse, with some cosmetic stuff with your paper doll like a lot of their grindy 'mmo' games. The story involved you being in a pretty standard superhero school with different departments and suchlike and you played through 'issues' that were fairly standard but kinda fun super hero adventures. The only names I remember for certain was a pair of luchadores called the Form and the Function, the former a buff quiet guy and the latter a skinny dude who never actually fought, and it was all but stated the Function basically puppeted the Form around. I can't even find anything about the game through Google and I know there was a wikia at some point.
