Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
Their troper page, which simply says "Ralph Breaks the Internet sucks!", makes me think that there may be a Single-Issue Wonk going on.
^ They added that shortly after their entry was removed too. They also have a problem with Bold Inflation like this edit on NightmareFuel.Violette1st (which I'm pasting cuz I'm probably cutlisting this page):
- THE VIDEO WHERE WILLIAM SETS HIS DAD'S CAR ON FIRE. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH HIM!?
I did a null edit to link to the So Bad It's Horrible Cleanup thread posts where the entry was discussed, as well as sent ~Mickey Mouse Fan 12345 a Complaining notifier (which seems ironic for SBIH but whateves) pointing them to both the replies to their question in the forum and this ATT.
If nothing else, they can't claim ignorance, even if they never looked at the cleanup thread after their initial post.
Edited by sgamer82Back in 2020, they also added a meta/fan-made content folder to Awesome.Sonic Forces and added some Captain Ersatz examples to Peppa Pig that asserted that Mr. Potato is one of Jimmy Savile(!) and that Pedro Pony (who, for reference, looks like this◊ is one of Arthur (the latter claim was also integrated to a The Scrappy entry on the show’s YMMV subpage).
Edited by jandn2014 back lolSuspension issued for the edit war. Unless a similar trend can be established for the other edits, they're not actionable. Editors will have disagreements on what counts, which is why seeking consensus is important.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.If they're still suspended and trying to get other people to add examples for them, isn't that technically ban evasion?
It's an offense called meatpuppetry.
The example they proposed also shows problems with first person writing, intense complaining, and Bluenose Bowdleriser tendencies to ironically get around personal insults (writing "shit" like "sh1t").
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Did he just write "dipshit" like "dip$h1t"?
Some people need to learn the hard way.
Yo soy el futuro, luwawanu mu sadila kisalasala kio. That Looney Tunes Cartoons example... jeez, I've seen some bad examples before, but what a wall of text that is.
Edited by harryhenryAlright, this is getting a wee-bit popcorny in here.
Current Project: The TeamI just noticed their forum signature is "Join the Anti Ralph Breaks the Internet Club Today!" which reinforces the Single-Issue Wonk vibes.
Edited by mightymewtron I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. They are still suspended, I am taking a note but also closing this query before it gets more peanut gallery like.

On Horrible.Animated Films, Mickey Mouse Fan 12345 added Ralph Breaks the Internet to the list. It was deleted thanks to a discussion on the forum thread. The user asked about it in the thread, and we told them why it didn't qualify.
However, they later not only re-added RBTI to the page despite our comments, but also added Toy Story 4 as well. Both were removed, and I think the user may need a talking to.
