Sounds like it might be this Airheads commercial. I think it's been reused more recently but drastically shortened, though the girl's line remains.
Ah yes, I remember it now, I don't remember seeing it when I was really little but it was on all the time sometime between 2005 and 2008. I now remember the girl going "I wouldn't do that, you know what happened last time."
