it sounds like it could be an episode of Touch (the first season had an overarching plot of people being interconnected, with a lost phone being sent across the world, and was generally rather uplifting)

This is absolutely wrecking my head. Some time ago I watched a short tv programme that I really enjoyed. It may have been on Netflix and it would be similar to Black Mirror. I remember a young woman, possibly Irish who wants to be a singer being recorded on a mobile phone which is then lost(?) and somehow ends up in China where she obtains a fan base. Also, a travelling salesman in restaurant supplies talking with his mobile phone provider customer service, he is trying to recover photos of his young daughter who has since passed away. The customer service agent shouldn't help but she chooses to do just that and calls the phone which is in Iraq or some place similar and is wired as the trigger for a suicide vest worn by a young man pressured into detonating it. In order to escape his fate, his family need an oven for their business and the customer service agent remembers the original owner of the phone supplies restaurants and tells him she can get him an oven. All these story lines converge and end well, it was a real 'feel good' piece and I would love to know the name of it if anyone can help. Thanks in advance.
