Anti-Interference Lock Up has several examples of impromptu locking someone in a bedroom or closet, although it is usually because they want to stop the imprisoner's plans, not necessarily "to keep everyone else safe".

^ That's not the same trope, and I know that because it's one I launched :P It's a very similar idea but the meaning and intent is different.

I actually went ahead and made a draft for this idea here.
