A lot of their edits on the Spartan: Total Warrior page are also zero context. Weird, because they did actually add context to some already existing ZC Es that were there before.

I PM:ed him a few hours ago and told him about this discussion. He's made a few edits since then, though.
Adding to note that this person is also guilty of adding links to wikis that either don't exist or are grounds for being closed by Fandom staff for redundancy under The Wiki Rule. This is also self-promotion since IIRC he owns said wikis, despite being practically devoid of content compared to the central wikis for Kamen Rider and Super Sentai. I asked around in ATT how to deal with this, but I don't think a concrete concensus was reached.

They're suspended. Go ahead and cutlist anything that needs it.

I declined a few before I remembered the plagerism issue. Because the reason was only "ZCE from a suspended troper", I was resistant to fulfilling the request. A suspension is not (by itself) enough to cutlist a page. Stub pages are often processed through this thread
before cutting.
In my experience, that's only true if the stub is a new page. I've gotten multiple year-or-older stub pages cut without having to discuss them first, especially if they've become stubs as the result of a cleanup attempt.

This Mr Thermoman Preacher guy is on a spree of no content entries for the Super Sentai series. He has made like a dozen "The movie" pages for the old Sentai shows, which usually have 2 tropes and a bare bones description. Someone needs to tell him to knock it off already.
