Off the top of my head I would try "Requiem" episode of Sanctuary though there is only one person infected with the parasite before being put into a vacuum
No, that's not it. I could be misremembering a lot of things about it, but that scene with people standing in line and touching the one in front of them (putting a hand on their shoulder iirc) really stuck with me. I think it was even a plot point, in-universe the characters were wondering why the dead aliens had been positioned so oddly.
And I should've mentioned it earlier, but I watched the show I remember on TV. It was translated, so no clue when it aired originally, but I don't think it was later than 2000
Sci-fi show episode with pupeteer parasites Live Action TV
I remember only 1 episode, but I'm reasonably sure it was an episode, not a full movie (it had this monster of the week vibe, though I could be wrong). I'm pretty sure it was set on a spaceship, but I remember absolutely nothing about the characters or the overarching plot. Just this episode.
It begins with the protagonists discovering an alien spaceship. There is no air in it, the crew is dead, and their bodies are positioned very oddly: they are all standing in line, each one touching the person in front of them. The very first alien might've even been alive, just hibernating. Turns out, that alien was posessed by a mind-controlling parasite that spreads by touch and trying to study him spread the infection to the protagonists. The parasite is defeated when the healthy protagonists manage to get all the infected people into a room and suck the air out of there. The infected people line up just like those dead aliens did, each touching the person in front of them, which transfers all parasites into one person. I don't remember what happened to that person afterwards.
