Definitely Deltarune, but likely both. It's a meme from Deltarune, but owes its origin to Undertale.
Stories don't tell us monsters exist; we knew that already. They show us that monsters can be trademarked and milked for years.

I don't know either games, but nothing prevents you to mention the meme in both pages, then specify that it derives from a video filled with references of both.
OK, so some of you may have heard of the recent meme "TRICK or YEET". It's definitely a meme; it has millions of views, and if you search the phrase on YouTube there's a whole bunch of videos that have nothing to do with the original fandom, from recreations to using the line in a completely irrelevant context (yes, all of them were created after the meme video).
The problem is which is the original fandom.
The original joke (before the animation on the link) comes from the video "Saying A LOT of things as Sans", which mixes Undertale and Deltarune references. The particular string of dialogue has Sans talking with Kris, who is a Deltarune-only character.
However, the animation that became a meme has absolutely no indication who the person Sans is talking to is.
So, does this meme go to the Undertale page, the Deltarune page, or both?
