The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to You Know That Show and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at You Know, That Thing Where.
That's specifically an example of Cultural Translation.
What if the edit is unrelated to culture? Is it too specific to be a trope?
Cut-and-Paste Translation if it's for reasons like extending or shortening a work, or adjusting for ratings standards in a different market (See the UK version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987) removing references to the word "ninja", Michelangelo's nunchucks, and certain other elements that ran afoul of some odd censorship laws)
I'm talking elements that are visually differents depending of the dub.

Visually edited dub
When a movie or an episode has some visual edits in some dubs. Like that news anchor in Zootopia who is a different animals depending of the movie's language.
