Because we're TV Tropes, not TV Descriptions. If an article doesn't have at least three valid tropes to show for it, we can't keep it around.

LMAO, I've heard of that game before... isn't that the Korean anal-spanking fetish game?

... yeah, one wonders why it was cut lol

I was wondering why the topic creator didnt suggest just putting new objective tropes...Now I know why.

...Does that game even have any tropes other than Ass Shove?

(This is a rhetorical question; noting this to avoid a Rhetorical Question Blunder.)

Edit: Retracted because I was tired when I originally posted this.

I am pretty sure that that page would violate Five P guidelines if what Robert said is accurate.

I have to agree with the fact that works should have enough tropes to have a page. These days, it's really hard for a work page that has zero tropes to be noticeable or good to read, when we have like thousands of articles with at least one hundred tropes. I once advocated for cutting everything that didn't have five.

But honestly, I feel like the game's not meant to arouse, but really just be weird. I mean, look at this footage and you'll be the judge.

Whuh.

...

To elaborate on my thoughts, I think that the game's pretense is really iffy, and I believe that it warrants a P-5 evaluation at the very least, given that it has no plot other than the player goosing people.

🔽 Even so, I believe a full evaluation is needed.

From what I've heard, it's not meant to be pornographic or fetishy at all. It's more like Widget Series and maybe a bit of Values Dissonance.

Yeah, Boong-Ga Boong-Ga uses Ass Shove in the same manner as Groin Attack: inflicting pain in a way that's meant to be humorous to the viewer/player.

Well, There are at least 3 tropes (Widget Series, Ass Shove, Real Song Theme Tune). The 5P thing, I was not aware (when did that become a thing?). If that's the reason, I understand.

A long long time ago. It seems this thing is more innocent than I thought.

I've heard of this game before, and considering how the kancho is perceived across the ocean, it's absolutely more of a gag game than a sexual one.

The only issue is that Widget Series is YMMV now, so we'd have to find another objective trope.

Well, Zuxtron pointed out Values Dissonance, which does fit- the whole Kancho/Goosing thing is considered comedic albeit immature in the game's primary market of South Korea, but in the west it's considered nothing less than Squick. I guess Black Comedy would also fit this trope because, as mentioned, it's meant to be comedic to the player who are not supposed to feel symphetatic to the characters on the receiving end in the game.

^ Values Dissonance is YMMV, not a trope.

I found this image of a promotional flyer, and from it I've gathered that Gratuitous English might be another trope for the game, going by the "Have a fun!! Enjoy" plastered on several spots and "What the heck...!! It's just waiting for the stress of city life. Give a shot!" on the side.

If it's okay to trope the flyer itself, then that could go under "Blind Idiot" Translation.

Also, is reaction of the victim extreme enough to qualify for Wild Take?

Oh, and not sure if Asshole Victim (heh) would apply here. The victims are all named after unsavory characters that you might want to take your frustrations out on, but I don't think they're ever seen actually doing anything assholish in-game.

I made Sandbox.Boong Ga Boong Ga. I tried looking for the original page's description, but it wasn't archived by the Wayback machine, so if anyone knows where I could find it, I'd appreciate that. Also, descriptions of the gameplay are mostly inferences from me watching videos of the game played by other people, so I'm not 100% sure that they're accurate.

^^Gratuitous English and "Blind Idiot" Translation sound fine. Might as well add Values Dissonance and Widget Series to the sandbox so they can go on a YMMV subpage.

Edit: I retracted my original post because being tired was derailing my train of thought at the time, so I think I ended up jumping to conclusions. Until this thread, I'm pretty sure it had been years since I saw anyone mention this game (might have been the '00s when I last heard anything about it), so I didn't remember much about it.

I've added some tropes. With everything that's been added, there are at least seven tropes now, with potentially one more trope and two YMMV entries. I'd say that should be a solid foundation for a page.
