Pretty much yes. Subpages are good in cases where there are too much examples for an Audience Reaction.

Crosses the Line Twice is not a subtrope of Funny Moments and as such should not be listed on a work's Funny/ subpage. Putting it on a CrossesTheLineTwice/ subpage, on the other hand, seems perfectly fine.

So I should transfer the cut examples to that subpage?

Should I also cut them from the funny page? They still have context for what makes them funny, so it's not like they're misused there. They'd just be duplicates.

Duplication is also a reason for cutting an example - when a more specific trope applies, the example under the general trope is usually cut.

True, but that logic usually applies to supertropes and subtropes, and like Sylvi said, Crosses the Line Twice isn't a subtrope of Funny Moments.

Update: I made the Crosses the Line Twice subpage, so the moments can be removed from the Funny page if duplication is a concern.
