Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
The very first edit in the history is who created the page. For work pages, though, it's a bit fuzzy since some of them may have been created earlier, but the contents were moved from a Main/ namespace to a work namespace.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Unfortunately, it looks like the page history
cuts off right after the page was originally created by about a month, so just by glancing at that, there's no way to see who created it originally.
Unless the Wayback Machine website works, but I'm not sure about that.
There are also articles where the history was purged to save space on the servers. I don't think that's a concern anymore, but many pages have been affected by such purges.

I was interested in the page for the book "Let's Go Play at the Adams'" and I was wondering if there was a way to find out who created the original page. I saw the change history but it doesn't seem to record the original creation. I don't know whether or not I missed something obvious but I'm new to TV Tropes and I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me.
Thanks!
