They're completely different.
Swap Teleportation is "teleport and trade places with whatever's where you land".
Switch-Out Move is "RPG move that lets you trade places with a party member, or forces an opponent to do the same".
Suddenly I'm... still rotating Fallen London in my mind even though I've stopped actively playing it.Switch-Out Move is used on active fighters, while Swap Teleportation is a way that can be explained.

What's the difference between Swap Teleportation and Switch-Out Move? On one hand they appear to feel distinct, and on the other they feel like a case of one of them being The Same, but More Specific. I would like some clarification as I've found myself getting confused over these two tropes.
