Attempting a bump, also apologies if some of my details may deviate from the actual source media, but I'm recalling what I remembered.
When you're alone I'm reaching out to let you know that you're far from strangers, like the saviorAnother bump, I would've thought this query to be oddly specific enough for guesses but ah well I'll give it time
Edited by BlackFaithStar When you're alone I'm reaching out to let you know that you're far from strangers, like the saviorThe bump following this one will be a week later. Unless someone tries guessing what this may be 👀 Anywho bump the third.
Edited by BlackFaithStar When you're alone I'm reaching out to let you know that you're far from strangers, like the saviorIf you're referring to the Canadian computer-animated series from the 90s that I tried looking at, I had a skim through one of the episodes but the animation style seems rather off from what I remember. I'm less certain about it being 2D, but it more probably is something of a more modernised 3D animation. I'll take a bit more time to look through it but I don't think it's the series I'm looking for.
When you're alone I'm reaching out to let you know that you're far from strangers, like the saviorI don't have a direct answer offhand. (I'll confess that Re Boot was the one possibility that came to mind for me, too—although the description doesn't seem to me to quite match.) However, perhaps you'll find your work amongst those listed on the "Inside a Computer System" page? (Or possibly the Cyberspace page.)
Edited by ArsThaumaturgis My Games and Asset PacksI'm afraid it doesn't look like what I'm looking for either. I haven't forgot about this query, but it'll be closer to the end of the year until I can focus on finding this again. I intend to look at related pages for the tropes involved (You Already Changed the Past, Trapped in TV Land and the other two tropes up here ^^) to try finding it.

Probably the only episode I saw of that show, encountered it on a local channel once and never saw it again. At most that could have been 5+ years ago. The episode started with what appeared to be a frog activating a catapult in the distance, then we see these two (maybe both male) characters about to walk on a drawbridge leading to an open-air area in what looked like a castle/castle walls on the outside. These two engaged in casual banter until, unfortunately, the stone shot by the frog earlier fell on top of one of them, the impact made a hole in the drawbridge and killed off that character. - He regenerates, finding himself behind a long queue of waiting people who refused to let him pass/cut in front of them although he tried explaining that he was on/was from a higher level. So the gist of this show, I'm guessing, happens in a video game setting of a world. The guy figures going back in time to stop the mishap from happening. Somehow, he goes through a portal which gains him access to a an electric-blue room, the key attraction in it were these large monitors which displayed the setting/area he was in before he died. In that room, he had the ability to rewind the footage to the time he was still alive and let it play from there. The first rewind resulted in the stone landing before he and his friend arrived at the drawbridge but he fell into the hole and died anyway. Ouch. - The episode is centered around his multiple attempts to prevent his in-game? death while avoiding his past selves that have the same idea. When he made it past the drawbridge, an obstacle in the castle walls killed him off instead, then it was the next obstacle, so on so forth. Then a female, who possibly knew the two male characters already, got caught in the mix when she appeared in the footage walking the path to the drawbridge a while before he and his friend got there. I forget who made the catapult, but the guy did attempt to use it to eliminate her, and failed. Then when he returned to the monitor room, her incensed face was all up on a screen. - The episode ended with her punishing the male character by magically turning him into a frog and putting/trapping him on the trigger of the catapult, setting off the rock that killed him in the first place. It is then that we get a better look of the frog, it was wearing the same hat as that male character. The frog lets out a regretful ribbit and we hear him say in his head "Uncool." I'm aware how random this sounds, I really hope I'm not making this up lol.
