On the Minmaxer's Delight page, I have gathered together all of the Dungeons and Dragons examples in the Tabletop Games folder of the Advantages section under one heading.

I am not familiar enough with 3.5 or 5th edition to sort those out.

I don't know which edition the "Lucky" feat first appeared in, so I can't be sure where to put it. I know it must have been 3rd edition or later (since that's when feats first appeared) but no more than that.
