I remember the warlord was always yelling some catch phrase like "swords of glory" or "blades of fire" something like that.
Can someone help me? I have half a memory of watching a cartoon as a kid and I cannot remember how it ended or what the title was. The plot elements I can remember is a barbarian warlord (beard, cape, loin cloth and no shirt) had a princess held captive. To make sure he couldn't have her heart she removed it (magic this was a fantasy movie) put it in a jar and threw it into the ocean. The warlord wants a mausoleum based on a picture he has. A teenage boy who works for the warlord finds a book that shows it is the picture is an existing church but hide's this from the warlord at first. I think (not sure) that when the warlord finds out this make's him want to kill the teenager but the warlord spare's him for having saved his life before. They head to the location of the church and on the way run into the three wise men. The wise men explain they are delivering presents for children in a magic box.(google searches for this plot detail show this is common folk lore in Spanish countries) The warlord steals the box to keep his own treasure in and imprisons the wise men. When he gets to the city the church is in it is a modern city. There was a skinny guy in a suit who agreed to give him the church. There is some construction equipment being used to pry the church up. One is oversized has a horizontal pile driver and massive crane in back and looks slightly like a giant scorpion. I don't remember what happens next but the skinny guy in the suit is using the large construction equipment/scorpion to fight the warlord. Has him pinned when the teenager rescues the warlord with a normal crane that gets trashed and then he comes in with a sword and slices the fuel tank. the large construction scorpion thing winds up surrounded by a ring of burning gasoline the skinny guy in the suit can't get out. The image morphs to an actual scorpion stinging itself when surrounded by fire. The teenager returns the magic box to the three wise men and talks to the princess. She is sorry she cannot love him because she tore out her heart and threw it into the sea. That's all I remember. This was a traditionally animated movie if anyone recognizes it and can tell me the title I will be very grateful.
