That is such a fringe opinion that even keeping YMMV in mind, it's just inaccurate.
As a stand-alone movie it's still reviled.

So the troper Singing Rain has readded a Critical Backlash entry to Ymmv/ The Last Airbender
which I deleted for being weirdly bashing of fans who dont like it as well as sort of distorting things. it reads as an odd Take That! to them. Plus this is listed as one of the worst movies ever made so....Im not sure where their getting this from.
And well ymmv is true. Its supposed to be for general ymmv opnions so Im not sure Critical Backlash would work for this film since its still considered one of the worst films ever by the general public.
