Its a movie but, worth a try! The girl who leaped through time?
This might be a bit of a stretch, but there are 2 seperate segments of 'The Disastrous Life of Saiki K'. One shows a girl tripping on a rock creating an explosion, so the main character moves the rock to prevent her from tripping. Another sketch shows him stuck in a time loop for hours where he has to try and prevent a truck from hitting his friends.

I'm just going off a very vague memory here. I think I saw an anime at one point where a guy was trapped in some sort of time loop and got stuck repeating the same day, and every day he'd walk along this path and kick a rock. Then, a girl would come along, and trip on it, every time. He'd try kicking different rocks, cans, etc, but the same thing kept happening. Or maybe it was like, he'd kick the rock every time to make sure things stayed the same? Sorry for the lack of details, it's really a super vague memory I'm going off, but it's bugging me.
