No, I think this is distinct — if I'm imagining the same thing as OP it's a Body Language walk meant to show that a character is "casual". HBH is about nervousness.

HBH is also used for casual instances like the one you describe, just as Empty Eyes isn't just for when some is broken. Tropes Are Flexible.

Tropes Are Flexible, but not that flexible. It doesn't convey the same meaning, so it isn't the same trope.

^ Agreed...if it's what I'm thinking it is, Synchronicity is correct in the intention and that's completely different from HBH.
