Yeah, that's actually one of the main purposes of a creator's page. Of course, if the works have enough tropes, it's also good to make a page for them.

Yes- creators are allowed those subpages for content of their works that don’t have their own pages.
For example, Junji Ito and Jon Bois have works that don't have pages that are instead troped on their creator's page.
