While it may be a little excessive, it should be remembered that even the oldest and most popular works are new to someone, somewhere, so assuming that the information on these pages wouldn't be spoilers due to their age is assuming everyone has played the games already.

It's frankly unnecessary. The games have Excuse Plots.

^^ Crash Bandicoot has about as simple of a story as you can get while still technically being a story. There are no surprises to be found here, your experience will not be ruined by knowing any plot details beforehand.

Alright, if it's that bare-bones...

What about spoiling gameplay (hidden items/levels, answers to challenges)? Or is that Walkthrough Mode? Interesting distinction between gameplay and narrative worth looking into.

Narratively, anything spoiler-worthy is a Late-Arrival Spoiler, so can go.

^Late-Arrival Spoiler isn't "this isn't a spoiler anymore because the work is old", it's "this isn't a spoiler anymore because the creator(s) have started putting it in advertisements and such like it's common knowledge".

The warnings read, "Due to (this game's) nature as a sequel, spoilers for (previous Crash Bandicoot game) are unmarked". So the only unmarked spoilers are for story tropes from the prequels, which, as already stated, don't even have much of a plot to begin with. The spoiler warning is completely unnecessary.

In that case, should we remove them?

I vote aye, let's remove them.

I noticed that the "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue example on Crash Bandicoot (1996) describes the ending scene with no spoiler markup. The spoiler warning is probably referring to that, but I don't see why we can't just hide it.

The warnings are harmless, but don't serve much purpose either. I think they should go.

I went ahead and removed the spoiler warnings from the pages.

I really don't think the spoiler tags that ^^ added are necessary, since the epilogue is just a bunch of jokes that are completely irrelevant to games' "plot", and most of them get contradicted in later games anyway.
