Seems to me to be an ad for a car for people that want to always ‘Go’. Volvo or Mercedes or something. Can’t find what make of car though.

This commercial was played incessantly for a period toward the end of The '90s. It was all footage of a toddler riding a tricycle down a road through a field. The voice-over went something like this: "You know what 'go' means. You've always known what 'go' means. You were born with 'go' up to your eyeballs. The other words, the 'stop,' the 'no,' the 'can't,' they have to come later."
I've tried every keyword combination I can think of and found no video of or reference to this commercial. I don't know what it was for.
