Apparently none. The discussion page's latest entry was from 2018. This looks more like a unilateral decision.

The added text has poor grammar to boot.

Here is sui_cho's edit history.

[ETA] Looking deeper in the edit history, I've noticed a similar edit reason done by one Tropers.DDRMASTERM. They are not suspended, but it is possible one is a sock for the other and they're doing it to agree with themselves.

I doubt it's a sock. Yugioh wiki indeed is glitchy on mobiles and is derided by a substantial portion of the fanbase as a result. sui_cho should have opened a discussion before adding that disclaimer, but he does have a point in that Yugipedia is a better site to link to.

Best to bring it to Discussion and PM the troper. At least then we can get a proper consensus.

If nobody disagrees with the edit on here, though, a PM should be enough to let him know to always go for a consensus before making a unilateral decision. If there isn't a Notifier PM for it, anyway?

I mean, why does that even need to be on there to begin with? It seems like a rather pointless addition.

I'm guessing to discourage people from linking to a less reputable site when editing the page.

It's an odd statement, but unless someone disagrees with it or there is a pattern of spamming it's probably not a problem.
