The description says western animation, but almost everything was live people. Only the ladder (mentioned below) and the God who cast the god out was cartooned. It was about a greek god who'd been cast out (presumably by Zeus) of heaven, and the series is mainly about him trying to get back up heaven (or presumably to Olympus where greek gods reside). He tried to get to heaven/Olympus by first crossing the ocean to an island. And on that island, there was some kind of ladder which he could climb to get back up. I think this was the only way back, but he always screwed up one way or another. He also couldn't swim so it wasn't easy for him. He tried to use boats most of the time. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of this greek god, but he had dark curly hair, one of these leaf crowns (I think they're called wreaths) that greek people wore and mainly wore a white robe, like greeks usually did back then. The episodes were very short, 5-10 mins. He sometimes drowned but were somehow revived. Don't know for sure though if he actually died or if he was immortal. Does anyone know this show? Please help.
