Throwing in a third vote for Bee and Puppycat. In the last episode there's like this black hole thing, her arm goes inside and wires and ribbons bleed out.
A few months ago, I saw a youtube video about some show, I'm fairly certain it's western animation but it could be anime. The video was about every time it was hinted that the Main Character was a robot. I remember it had examples of her being stronger than she should have been, I think there was some conversation with a robot (that didn't look human) in another language she shouldn't have known, and in the last scene, which was probably the season finale, I think she was doing something physically laborious and found out she was a robot, probably by exposed wires or something. I think it was some fairly recent show, so it should have aired in the last few years.
